I am satisfied with the outcome of having my air ducts cleaned. I was shocked about how high the price was but I think it was worth it. Before having them cleaned, I was having horrible allergies in the new house we bought. After, I feel much better and am not suffering nearly as bad. They seemed to be very thorough too which is great!

Mr. Todd Williams from Dicks is truly professional electrician I ever met. He listened my short briefing and take a quick glance at short circuit outlets. He gave me his analysis and suggestion immediately. Amazingly, a handyman came another day earlier spent whole afternoon but fail to make job done. He took only 10 min. and gave me very clear explanation to understand what caused the problem. I am 100 % satisfied and strongly recommend this professional electrician to you.

A+, the price quoted is the right one without gimicks or pretend discounts. The work is done professionally, on time and clean. Followup maintenance is also provided for 2 yrs and then the price is reasonable for many years to come.

Installation was fine but follow-on service is not always good. Several phone calls for "free" filters and a problem with the exhaust outlet went unanswered.

The Duct cleaner appeared to be quite thorough and there was an amazing difference in the hourse after the cleaning was completed. The service person was pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. The only thing that I had a problem with was that he was trying to sell me services and things. I don't mind recommendations but I prefer they do thier jobs and if I don't really need something, don't try to sell me something.
