Recommended a furnace we did not need. Required maintenance did not identify problem 2 months before a major repair bill (1,800) dollars. Generally even though maintenance is required repair bills are not covered under maintenance or warranty agreement.

Dick's was very thorough with their quote and prompt with the appointment time. The work was very professional and clean. I would use them again without question. We have already recommended them to one of our friends.

Had maintenance done on my heating and air conditioning units today. Isay was prompt, respectful and courteous. He asked questions and answered my questions as well. He showed me all the parts that needed cleaning and advised me on how often the filters should be washed, replaced the Hot Surface Ignition, which ours was at a high of over 200 and should be under 100. Isay explained to me what could happen if the part failed. All in all I am very pleased with the service. By the way, Joanie who is in Denver and works for HomeAdvisor was also very helpful and courteous when I called for service. The staff at Dick's were also very courteous.

Pricey for the work that needed to be done.

It took a week to get the part but once it was installed the furnace worked so it was nice to have heat again.

Great Experience

The door on the furnace was bent. The installer installed it anyway and ordered the new door. Everything is fine now.

The customer service was quick and the contractor gone out the next day.

We had our furnace checked and cleaned and we signed up for 5 year maintenance for $69/year. After that maintenance is free for the life of the furnace. The service man was honest and friendly and he did a good job.

Service was prompt and work completed very fast. The part was my only complaint. It sold way cheaper on line.

We couldnt understand why DIck's was so much cheaper than EVERYONE else to come diagnos furnace issue, but since we felt we could fix furnace if we just knew issue, this seemed best way to go. The service guy..could not figure out what was wrong. He was here for over 2 hours. FInally he called a senior tech and then knew the issue. He quoted us over 600 dollars for the replacement part. When he left, we looked up replacement part..and were able to buy it, for 82 dollars. We had to hire someone as part still didnt work..he charged us 129 and installed part and fixed a short. Crazy mark up by DIcks. Outrageous. Dont use.

Put in the wrong part at first. Took a day to get the part and a couple more to get the guy back out. All was well when it was installed.

Friendly and quick. Had the replacement part in his truck so he was in and out in one hour.
