Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and runners. Came when expected, charged what was estimated, very clean and efficient. Have used this company three times.

Description of Work: I had never used this company before. I always have used DA Burns, but I call them and they couldn't fit me in soon enough. I decided to search the list since I don't only advertise my business Angela' Cleaning and Concierge service, Am also a member of Angie's List which by the way I love this site. When I called Crystal Carpet a nice lady answered the phone I describe to her what I need it done and she quoted me a price. I needed done a mother and law unit downstairs that had a fairly amount of spots including urine from a small puppy, candle wax and more. They set up an appointment with in two day, and the gentleman that came was even earlier by a few minutes. He ask me to show him my concerns so I did and he went to work. He also told me the extra charge on the deodorizer that he was going to use. About an hour and a half after he called to settle the bill. For my surprise not only had he cleaned the carpet but got rid of the candle spots that no carpet cleaning company was able to do before since it had been a while since it happen. My carpet looked brand new again I was amaze. A few days later I received a call for the lady that took care of my phone call, wanting to know if everything had gone well and if I had any complain. That is what I call costumer service. they were great.

Description of Work: Carpet steam cleaning

Description of Work: The company cleaned a living room, dining room, great room, and 2 bedrooms and Scotch Gaurded the carpets afterward.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms of carpet in my home.
