Kevin arrived on time. We went over what needed to be done and our special concerns. He answered our questions. We are very pleased with the professional and thorough cleaning job he did. We've hired Crystal Carpet Care before this and we will definitely do so in the future.

It was great. They were easy to get a hold of, able to come out without much notice from me as I didn't plan ahead and was having guests come from out of town in two days! They listened to all my annoying and anal questions when they arrived, even let me smell the solution they'd be using since I have sensitivities and needed to be careful with smells. They were very very patient and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about their product and also about my cat urine issue. He worked every inch of the carpet and seemed to work very hard. The carpets were very clean and the cat urine smell was gone. I will say that the smell they used on the cat urine, even though i smelled it first and wasn't going to do it then changed my mind and had them do it, did turn out to be too strong a smell for me. I called to see what could be done, fully intending on paying them to come out a second time as this was all on me, not on them. They not only came right back out but they also wouldn't even let me pay for it. The fragrance did dissipate over time, just like they said it would. They fixed the cat urine area and i'm a very happy customer and will most definitely be using them forever! Finally found a good carpet cleaning company!!

It was a great transaction from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Brad arrived right on time, gave us an estimate in a very timely manner and was great to work with. They called to confirm the day before the appointment. Kevin came out to the building and arrived on time. He was so nice and gave us some good suggestions. The work was finished even earlier than anticipated and the carpet looks terrific. They even did 2 smaller carpets that had not been included in the estimate and our final cost was less than we were expecting. We are very happy with the cleaning and the service.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and the work performed was excellent.

First off they were very pleasant on the phone when I called. Kevin came out and did the carpets, explained about some stains and other issues. Kevin did a good job throughout. The first floor carpet by the entry area was very dirty and he did a nice job getting it cleaned. Very professional and everyone I dealt with in the company was pleasant and easy to work with.

Lots of difficult stains to deal with and very dirty. Explained options well and did very good job considering what he had to start with. Very punctual (actually was early but called first to ensure that was okay) and job was done in good time. No hard sell for upsell item - just explained and let us decide.

Hallway had serious pet stains which they removed completely. Other areas were just dingy and their treatment restored the carpets to new condition. Technician arrived within 5 minutes of appointment time and was very personable and professional. He was done and gone in under an hour. We've used Crystal Carpet Care for at least 5 years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and cost for their services.

If I want the best I hire Crystal Carpets, I use them mostly for my permanent residences. But I really had a horrible tenant in one of our rental homes. They destroyed the house and left huge stains on our 3 year carpets. I knew I could trust Crystal - was surprised about Jim & Marilyn retiring (lucky dogs!) but the new owners Brad & Jackie are just as customer orientated and provided excellent service, going above and beyond for me! I do mean above and beyond. Unfortunately I had to tear out the basement carpet as we could not get the urine smell out - it had seeped into the porous concrete and even with everything Crystal tried it had to be replaced. Brad pointed me in the right direction, made sure the carpet didn't smell on the day of our showing and I a very gracious for all the help and concern everyone was toward my renter fiasco situation. Yes they might be a little more expensive than someone else but they stand by their business and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

The technician was very courteous and helpful, offering to work around my boys and me as we scurried to get things moved around. He worked really hard to get the spots out of my carpets - and with three dogs, a cat, and two teenagers on 5 acres - the carpets were dirty! With a few exceptions, all the spots are gone, and I feel great about the look of the carpets.

I have been a customer for 20+ years and LOVE the work done by this company. They do a great job and have always been reasonably priced!

I called and spoke with Marilyn. What a delight she is! As I described the house layout she asked questions and immediately surmised that our house was built on a hillside- all over the phone. She was polite and personable. Based on our conversation we agreed on a price and I booked the deal through Angie's List. I knew there would be an extra charge due to the square footage and depending on the condition of the carpet, there might be extra costs incurred. We estimated and extra $44.00. When Jim, the owner, arrived he was on time, despite me having neglected to mention that we were on the end of a private drive. He toured the areas to be cleaned and had me point out specific areas of concern. We have 3 dogs and a teenager. Some of our rooms had not been cleaned in 10 years and the carpet is light. We were not expecting much. Jim set to work. I had to leave for an appointment. When I returned my wife told me that Jim spent more time on the master bedroom than other carpet cleaning companies had spent on multiple areas! When he was finished, Jim showed me photos of the areas as he cleaned. I was blown away, as was my wife. The carpets looked new! He went over the areas of concern I had provided him and let me know the status. He also let me know the few spots that didn't come completely out. We are realistic about things and were happy that the areas were at least vastly improved over the state that Jim found them in. We were provided with a written report as well as booties to use in case we needed to access the rooms before they dried. Then we discussed costs. I was ready to be hit with some extra dollars since we had pet stains as well as gum in my daughter's room. The bill was EXACTLY what Marilyn estimated! No surprises. I have a few contractors that I always call for my own home as well as our rental house. Crystal Carpet Care just made the list. I will be talking them up to my neighbors too. The technician arrived on time and ready to work. His name was Karl; he was clean, cheerful and pleasant. He went right to work walking through the house asking questions and making notes as he went. Karl pointed out some spots that could be an issue and assured me that there will not be an extra charge for spot cleaning. I felt that he was responsible and I left Karl to work and for him to lock up my home when he left. When he was done with all of the carpets, Karl contacted me by phone where the signal was bad so, Karl text me that he was done and had closed up the house. I thanked him and all was completed. I drove to the house about an hour later and inspected the work done. I was extremely happy; the carpet was really nice and bright. I have a home carpet cleaner for spots but I could never get this kind of results. I will definitely use this company again.

He was punctual (called just before arriving, which I appreciated) and highly professional. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. A few days later, Marilyn called to make certain that I was satisfied with the service. I certainly was! This kind of service insures that I will use Crystal Carpet Care again...and will recommend them to friends and family.

After introducing himself, his very first question was, "Do you have any questions for me or areas of concern?" WOW! He wanted my input first, before presenting his overview as to what I could expect from him and services to be provided! All carpeted step- and walking surfaces turned out great. The young man attempted to clean the office chair, but was not successful in completely removing the cat's dander spots. The twenty year-old chair does look better though. Unlike some other companies that dump their "gray water" onto the customer's driveway or into the street, Crystal Carpet Care recovers and stores their used water back into a holding tank that is mounted on their vehicle and then transported to be drained in a responsible manner that's good for the environment. Not only did the young man arrive on time, but completed the job and departed on time as well. Thank you Crystal Carpet Care!

Before booking through Angie's list, I called to ask questions about pricing. I spoke with Marilyn, the owner, who was very helpful and courteous. Karl, the technician, was prompt for my appointment. Before cleaning we did a walk through of what he would be doing. He was very courteous and listen to any concerns I had for any problem areas. Before starting he gave me the total cost of what the job would be and the approximate time to complete it. Karl did an excellent job both cleaning the carpets and our leather sofa. He even went above and beyond by removing paint from the leather sofa that had been there for a very long time. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I first contact Crystal Carpet Care and Marilyn answered, she is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She explained the fees, etc. I then called about a month or so later to schedule and spoke with Jim, they got me in right away. The tech, Kevin arrived on time, was extremely professional and friendly. Went over the costs and exactly what he was going to do. I actually decided last minute to get a sofa and loveseat cleaned. He was extremely nice about it and said I was his last stop so that would NOT be a problem. There were no hidden fees, the costs were exactly what Marilyn had quoted me a month earlier! That impressed me a lot! The work was amazing, I had stains that I thought would never come up. Kevin explained he was unsure when he first started as well. Just a stellar job, I would highly recommend this company. Friendly, knowledgeable, so professional and pricing is great! One Happy Customer!

Everything was great! All stains were removed, and carpets were dry later that evening.

This outfit is great. The carpet was extremely dirty with several pet stains. It looks almost brand new after their special treatment. They spray a deep stain remover on the pet stain spots, wait 5-10 minutes then use their normal cleaning machine. When they were done the stains were almost gone (actually all but the most extreme stain were completely gone). Their process leaves a light, pleasant scent that dissipates over 2 days.

Excellent experience from the initial call to completion. Fully answered my questions, very punctual and efficient service. I was called the day before for a reminder, that morning I was called to confirm the time of arrival, and a follow up call was a nice touch. The owners are obviously very well organized and experienced at providing excellent customer service.

I've used Crystal for my home, and decided to give them a shot for our business. In the past, we've used Stanley Steamers based purely on cost and the perception that Stanley catered to a more commercial audience. We've always been disappointed in Stanley, and we get explanations as to why the stains keep coming back. So I decided to give Crystal a shot. As usual, working with Jim and Marilyn is a treat. Marilyn is a true gem to schedule anything. I wish I could clone her and replace every public utility customer service rep with her (yes, I'm speaking to you Verizon, Comcast, Century Link!). Crystal's estimate was a little higher than Stanleys, but the ultimate result was worth it. Some of the persistent stains that always re-appeared with other vendors are no longer noticeable. The gentleman that performed the job mentioned that it's important to "dry" the carpets as much as possible after the cleaning, so the stains don't "wick back up". It was a good tip to know especially as we have many day-to-day spills around the office and typically we wet them down and leave them alone. Now I know to put a fan on them, too. Overall, I'm just as pleased using Crystal for our business as I have been in the numerous times I've used them in my home. In many ways, my subscription to Angie's list has paid off with my connection to this very good company.
