Description of Work: I'm really behind on writing this rating. I can't say enough about Jim and Marilyn! They went out of their way to come to our home. There were areas of carpet that needed re-stretching. We also had about 2,000 sq feet of carpet to be cleaned and several pieces of furniture. Given the amount of work they had to do here, the price was just right. They are fantastic and I highly, highly recommend them! I've never had anyone better! Use Crystal Carpet Care!

Description of Work: Their technician was very friendly and did a great job on our carpets (carpets are heavily used by kids, dogs and cats). He showed up exactly on time and finished the job very efficiently. Setting up the appointment was easy and receiving a reminder call was helpful. Very friendly staff!

Description of Work: The company was very professional and helpful in explaining what they could or couldn't do regarding the mystery spots in our carpet. The technician succeeded in removing all spots and left the carpet looking new, all while giving us a few good tips for the future.
