Description of Work: I was happy with my initial interaction with the company. The lady I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. It was my husband who met the gentleman who delivered the service of cleaning our carpets. According to him, the gentleman was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the results when I came home to find clean carpets. My husband also mentioned that the service was expedient. We're planning on scheduling another cleaning in August as well as upholstery cleaning services.

Description of Work: My appointment to have my carpets cleaned was for 1:30 but the technician contacted me and said he had had a cancellation and wondered if he could come earlier. This was good news! He arrived at the new time and got right to work. We did a walk through and he asked me about areas of concern. He worked efficiently and then asked me to do another walk through with him to make sure I was satisfied. The carpets look and smell so much better!
