One person came out to clean the carpets. He did a very nice job.

He did another fantastic job. I had some really good spots and he had to work on them. He has been very creative on ways to get stains out of my floors. The guy apologized for being 15 minutes early.

Brad did a beautiful job in both homes. The 3 bedroom carpets in our new home were stain-free, smelled fresh and dried quickly. The 2000 sq ft of carpeting in our old house was many shades brighter, smelled great and looked new again.

I called Jackie on Tuesday and she was so helpful and had us scheduled for a Friday cleaning. The technician who came out (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) did a thorough job cleaning the carpet which was stiff with soap residue and dog hair. I will definitely recommend this company and call them to clean our carpets.

Kevin arrived on time prepared for the job, first explaining what he was to do and how he was planning the job. We walked through the areas together noting the stains and other problem spots on our 20-year-old carpet. He was friendly and thoroughly professional, appreciated on both counts. The results were fantastic, approaching "as new" in almost all areas, far better than we had reason to expect. And here's an accolade for Jackie in the office. She worked with my wife and me first to schedule our job, and then to reschedule it after we both contracted the flu, not wanting to expose their personnel to our illness. All scheduling went smoothly to the successful conclusion of the work today.

CCC was on time, completed each home on its scheduled date, and they have consistently come in under my budgeted costs. Carpet repairs are also not a problem and their extra charges are very fair and completely discussed prior to any work being done. The CCC office is well run and invoices are accurate, prompt, and complete. So polite, professional, warm, prompt, communicative. They actually did such a great job that we have delayed getting new carpets. It went well. Very punctual and professional. The lady who helped me schedule the appointment was very pleasant and professional. Also, the guy who has come out to clean our carpet was punctual, professional and I like that he didn't waste my time lecturing how to clean and maintain carpet. He also didn't try to sell anything if I said No once and I appreciate that since other carpet cleaners I have hired in the past was so persistent and tried to sell something I wasn't interested in. Seriously AMAZING!!!!! I had terrible pet stains and was pretty embarrassed to show them to Brad. However, he was SO professional and made me feel 100% comfortable the whole time. At the beginning, I said "I understand that what I was quoted over the phone was just an estimate." He assured me that that was not the case, and that they stick to their pricing. Over the couple of hours he was here, I learned that all their technicians are salaried, so there are no attempts to upsell you. If the job takes longer than anticipated, well, it just does. They have zero turnover. I think that's impressive. I would love to show before and after pics of how it all came out, but I'm just too embarrassed to show the "before" pics. Trust me when I say it was amazing. This is a family owned business that is committed to customer satisfaction and committed to their employees. You can't go wrong with Crystal Carpet Care. I'll be telling my neighbors and co-workers.

I've used them more than once. I love them. I've had them in here three to four times, once a year. I would call them back and I would recommend them.

Service went well and we are very happy with the results. We used a coupon that was only good for so much sf. Be sure to communicate with the provider any additional sf to be cleaned. Stairs have an additional cost per stair. Confirm as much as you can via email so there isn't any surprise when the tech shows up and quotes you for the additional space.

It was okay. They were pretty quick about it but he wasn't quite as good as when we paid the premium price. I thought it was just a little bit less clean. It wasn't quite as thorough as when we had them done with other agents. It's always a different person showing up each time.

I was astounded that he was able to get some of the stains, red, out of my carpet. The floors look like new now. Just in time for the holiday entertaining.
