CR Gutters

The entire experience was fantastic. If ever, or whenever i need gutters. I will be calling back. very responsive. on time. Carol who came out to give the quote was kind and patient, answered all of our questions, was not pushy whatsoever. Offered a price that surprised my wife and I as the install was no easy task with the style of roof we have, we felt it was well worth the money. Daniel, Riley and Alan were the install team that showed up on time. They did a great job. Very professional and positive attitudes. "Ill be back" (Like Arnold Schwarzenegger voice in The Terminator is what i think about for how determined we will be for using CR gutters again) Thank you CR Gutters!

Poorly, 2.5 hours labor with three people and materials. In end didn’t seem to fix anything though I trust that they thought they would, and they created new problems which they would not take ownership of without a fight, The owner seems too respond to negative reviews as if had she only known things would have been fine, by she is part of the problem. As are her gruff employees.

I made an appointment with "Flannigan" for some urgently needed gutter repair. I agreed to a $250.00 minimum charge, based on a quick turn around: work to be done on Saturday as promised on the telephone. I stayed home the entire day on Saturday, waiting for him to show. It's 4:30 pm, I have not seen or heard from anyone. I now have to find someone else to make the repairs. In my opinion, CR Gutters are unreliable and dishonest. I should have known there would be a problem when I was offered an off the books "cash" price.

I sent photos, after which they were to come out and look at the job in person. No one ever contacted me again. I emailed a second time, but they ignored me.

Once we gave them the go ahead they came out and removed the old gutters from the house and garage and installed the new within a week. Very happy with the service and quality.

Removed and replaced gutters and downspouts.

The Guys came out to install the gutters and there was issue with the Fascia on porition of the house. I had to get the contractor who is puttining on the siding to replace the Fascia in order to complete the installation after which I called again for them to complete the installation. The office responds very well to email questions and always answer the phone between business hours. Other contractors could learn from the CR staff.

They were great. They have a very nice selection of colors to choose from.

During the first visit, they replaced the downspout and cleaned the gutters, but failed to inspect and repair any loose downspouts. After reporting the need to repair other downspouts, a rep returned and repaired the remaining downspouts.

Extreme professional service from scheduled bid to replacement of gutters.

The installers did an excellent job. The people in the office were very friendly but I had communication problems both times I called in getting complete answers. For example, the original bid that was emailed had no prices. I had 3 questions and only the first was answered - both times I had to stop what I was doing to call back and get answers. Once we go past these errors, everything went smoothly.

Estimator was very nice but i had to wait till next day to call and accept work . They called on wed. to confirm that work would be performed on thurs. in the morning . We waited all day for them to show up and finally around 4:30 pm i called them to find out what was going on and was told they were on the way . They showed up at approx 5:45 pm and one guy with a bucket proceeded to clean out the debris from the gutters and less then 45 minutes later he said he was done and that was it . After he was gone i went out and inspected the work and found gutter nails still not attached completely ( estimator had told me they pound in any nails that have backed out ) also except for i guess bigger clumps gutters were still dirty and i was pretty unhappy with this companies effort . I thought gutter cleaning would include washing out interior of gutter and making sure downspouts were clear . I guess i should have asked estimator more questions . Won't make that mistake again !

The job was done as per the estimate. The installers were very efficient and capable. The new gutter materials were top grade and matched the existing house trim. The job was completed in about six hours. They removed the old materiel and waste. The company stood by the estimated cost.

Great experience! I called on a Friday afternoon and there was someone out on Monday to give me an estimate. I had the repair scheduled within 3 days. All fixed...very good job!

They had a minimum $250 charge less the Angie's list discount but threw in cleaning all of the other gutters and reinforced some of the weaker areas on the non-damaged gutters. They didn't clean up everything before they left but it was OK. The quality of the work looks great and I would certainly use them again.

Were quick to schedule estimate - someone actually came to measure. Very experienced estimator. Job was done within a week of the estimate - they were quick, professional and friendly. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

I spent around $500 or $600 on that service.

Of all the companies we contacted, they were the only ones who actually showed up to give a quote. Everyone else gave their estimates over phone, which I wasn’t comfortable with. They did a very nice job, and were very quick and efficient. Everything was installed in about 90 minutes. I would recommend them to others.

Qouting was completed within 48 hrs after the initial request. Scheduling was done within 1 week of the date from confirming the contract. All work was done in a half of day and all debrie removed at completion of work. The two workers were friendly and professional.

Workers were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with CR Gutters.
