+ -1 moreBrad arrived 10 mins before the appointment. He did a thorough inspections through the house , he is very knowledgeable about things and very patient to explain and educate me. He also include pest inspection to the package which most of inspectors do not. He is professional and friendly.His charge is very reasonable. I will be happy to recommend to anybody who needs a home inspection.

+ -1 moreBrad emailed me a contract before the scheduled inspection that clearly outlined the scope of the general inspection as well as the limitations and exclusions. It was easy to understand and I was quoted a price as well. As I qualify as a senior citizen I also received a $50.00 discount. Brad arrived at the agreed upon time. He encouraged me to accompany him on the inspection and explained everything in detail. Nothing was over looked from attic to crawl space. I am very pleased with the service provided and impressed with the level of expertise as well as friendly courtesy. I would definitely recommend Bradford Inspection Services.
Description of Work: Provided a non-invasive inspection/ physical examination of the property that I am considering for purchase complete with detailed documented report of findings.
