+ -1 moreHe came to my home one time and he was real good. After that, I tried calling him and he didn’t return my calls. I left the messages. I tried to get him to help me. I had recommended him to my son and he never returned his calls either. My problem was the responsiveness.

+ -1 moreNick picked up the computer on the same day I called him. He found 3 viruses, got rid of them and cleaned up the computer. He was ready to bring it back the next day, but I needed to make it a different day. He brought it back at the agreed date and time. He set it up again and stayed to make sure everything was working properly.
Description of Work: My computer was acting very slow, and would lock up when I used the internet.

+ -1 moreNick brought the computer back the next day, on time and set it back up for me, had me try to do some of the tasks I'd been having trouble with. It works GREAT:) He charged a fraction of what I expected to pay. He was a VERY pleasant young man.
Description of Work: My computer was having trouple downloading items I wanted/needed. My USB ports were causing my computer to go to blue screen then shut down. The computer seemed to have a mind of it's own. A friend recomended Nick Olson of Olson-Tech Computers. Nick responded to my call offering to come the same evening. Instead we made an appointment for him to come the next day. He arrived on time. He said he could work on my computer while he was herre, or take it with him and bring it back the next day. I chose to have him take it, because if he needed parts, he would have them handy there and would need to make less trips here, and have it repaired more quickly.
