+ -1 moreWe have had Master Butler clean and repair our rain getters 2 times in the last few years. It's easy to set up an appointment, the pricing is upfront and reasonable, they stuck to their quoted price, they arrived when they said they would, did the job quickly, did a good job, and were polite and courteous throughout. It's rare to see this level of service these days. What more can you ask for? We'd hire them to do more things for us if they offered more services we need. Strongly recommended.

While they had warned me about a possible 1-3 day delay in the schedule due to past winter storms (completely understandable), they actually were only 2h late. Darren was professional, did a great job to clean the gutters and roof, and cleaned up all of the debris. Exactly what was quoted in price, excellent service, and professionally done. Will definitely re-hire.

Description of Work: Tom and Master Butler came very highly recommended, so I contacted him via the website. I scheduled gutter cleaning and moss treatment for the roof. Tom contacted me via email and we scheduled a day. The day arrived, and I received a phone call the worker was running late. Okay, no problem. Then I receive another call that the worker is still running late, but will be there by EOD. I wait. And wait. And wait. Eventually it goes dark, and no worker. I get an apologetic email from Tom, the worker was detained at the last job and couldn't get to me. I understand, things happen, Tom tells me out of the goodness of his heart he's going to give me a 10% discount and send someone out 9am the following Wednesday. Well, the following Wednesday comes along and I sit and wait. And wait. And wait. No email, no phone call, nothing. I send Tom email telling him I waited, I had to leave to go to work, and not to bother sending anyone. No response.

Not only did Master Butler have a good rating on Angie's list, but Tom comes highly recommended by a friend and does a great job. He is very professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. He quoted per window pricing on his website so you have a very good indication of the price before they even start. The cost was within the estimate, even though our home was bigger than he had anticipated. Strongly recommend!

Description of Work: Tom gave me quick response time. Was at my rental house at the time promised. Courtesy called and checked in when he got there. Pressured Washed driveway, rear patio, and all other concrete surfaces, clean windows, blow off roof, and clean gutters.

They did a good job with the gutter cleaning and roof blowing. .I previously had used them 6 months ago for pressure washing as well and they did a good job on that too. Their prices are extremely competitive for the work they do.
Description of Work: I had them out to clean out the gutters and blow off the roof. On a previous visit (about a year ago) they pressure washed the sidewalks and driveway.

Tom was able to look at my house on the internet and give me an estimate over the phone. A week later the job was done! I was so happy, I hired him to do my Christmas lights too!

I have been using them for about 5 years. They are a family of 7 brothers with excellent norm and values. They are very good. They also put lights up for businesses and residents around the Christmas holidays.
Description of Work: I used Master Butler Inc. about 10 days ago and they cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and screens. They also cleaned out the gutters.
