I give Kelmpan Construction my highest recommendation. I would 100% recommend Jarod to anyone needing repairs done to their home.
Description of Work: Kelpman Construction was referred to us by a family member after we had a "flood" at our home. The overflow valve in our upstairs toilet failed and leaked water throughout 80% of our home while we were at work. Our upstairs hallway, two upstairs bedrooms, our living room, dining room, and part of our kitchen all experienced water damage. Jarod repaired everything back to pre-damage conditions. He worked with us in dealing with our insurance company when they didn't want to take full responsibility for all of the damage.

 + 5 moreKelpman Construction did a significant remodeling job for us. He started on November 8th and he finished in January. We spent about $70,000. He did 90% of the work himself as supposed to sub-contracting everything. He really was innovative. He came up with ideas. We really appreciated his contributions in some of the planning and decorating. He helped us with selection of the lights and stuff like that.
Description of Work: Kelpman Construction did a significant remodeling of our complete downstairs and two of our bathrooms upstairs. That included hardwood floors, re-routing of electric and plumbing. Putting in walk in showers and granite countertops and backspashes. Installation of all the new appliances. He took and and put in a new sliding glass door. He changed window configurations. Moved a wall in our laundry room.
