They did exactly what needed to be done. They got out there quickly. The siding looks really good. We have no regrets and are very happy with both the worker and the office staff.

The quote process was informative and straightforward. The work was done very well, after several people telling me they don't know how to fix the problem they came in and did it right. The process was easy and they were very good especially considering I have tents in the home being repaired

It took multiple visits to narrow down the source of the leak. In doing so the technician Gabe found another leak around the window. He fixed the roof and repaired the wood around the window with new wood. He matched the trim paint perfectly. You can't tell that there was ever damage!

once the contractor got us a repair date, everything went well. we felt contractor had pushed us back to do other jobs, we cannot verify but other than getting him to begin the job we were very satisfied with the repairman sent to do the job. very professional, answered any questions we had, cleaned up nicely after job completed. We were not furnished a job order after the repairs so we waited for contractor to contact us with an invoice, which we paid within 24 hrs of receiving their electronic invoice.

Technician knew what he was doing. It was one of the new motion activated faucets. What impressed me the most was that he took his time and end of job and made sure it worked properly. Very clean.

Ed removed all the old roofing and brackets. Tried to save me money by using old brackets to hold corrugated roofing material but they were not the same size. So Ed made the extra trip to get right ones from store. Replaced six 10 ft pieces of wood in decking. Cleaned up area after he was done. Ed did a beautiful job. Very skilled, professional, and timely. Needed it done quickly and was prompt at getting it done to meet deadline. Short delay in trying to get in contact with them. This is the fifth time I have used Anderson Handyman and have two more projects I plan to schedule with them in the near future.

First of all it was hard to find any one to even do this. Anderson's came, measured.came back a few days later installed the brace i and it was done. Great job.

Failed to provide bid as promised. He knew that we wanted our rental remodel to pencil out. He was the only contractor to advise that the house be demolished and build a new home. Clearly very bad advice, suggesting the most expensive option given our stated limited budget. Either incompetent or is just cherry picking projects.

Our gutters were totally clogged so we called Kris on the recommendation of our neighbor. Our gutters were meticulously cleaned. However, in the process a small amount of the paint trim was removed. Kris apologized and immediately repainted the trim when the weather cleared up. He did an excellent follow up job and we would hire him again for any service.

They were pretty good. They did pretty good with the windows. I compared their price to somebody else’s and they were cheaper.

Kris made this very easy. He came to my house and then took some measurements. A few days later, he gave me a price estimate. He gave me the choice of finding my own screen door that I liked. I figured that since I had a Home Depot gift card, I might as well save some money on the material. So I went to Home Depot website, picked the one that I liked, and confirmed with Kris that the size will work. I picked the door myself and then set up an appointment to have Kris' employee come and install it. His employee did a good job with all the work. It has been almost a year since the work was done and everything still looks good. Thank you for the awesome work.

We had worked with Kris Anderson before on a fence and some issues with our eaves, and decided to work with him again on a kitchen refresh/remodel. We had a tight budget for this project, and Kris was happy to do as much or as little as we asked. We opted to manage to project ourselves, but we needed some help constructing approximately 6' of stud wall, sheet-rocking the same, and getting some additional sheet-rock added and repaired in our kitchen/den. We were very happy with the job Kris's framer did on the wall - he accurately followed the line of the existing wall, and hit the required dimensions dead-on. This was completed in less than a day. Kris's sheet-rocker, Gabe, appeared the next day and over the course of about 4 days (allowing for mud and texture dry time), completed all of the sheet-rock work we had. He did a phenomenal job with the texture, both the light texture we asked for on the ceiling, and the heavier knock-down on the walls to match the existing texture. Both of Kris's people were professional, efficient, and courteous. They did a great job of protecting non-construction areas, and with clean-up afterwards. We are extremely appreciative of Kris's willingness to work with us to accomplish our project.

Ed showed up before 9AM and went right to work. He was able to complete the job in about 6 hours. That included going for materials. He consulted with me to clarify instructions and explained what he was doing. He cleaned the area so there was no sign that work had been done. This is the most recent of several jobs Anderson Handyman Services has done at my home. I continue to be very happy with the quality of the work performed and the level of professionalism.

They responded quickly to the Angie's List message and we were able to get an appointment for service the same week. They showed up promptly, were very professional and did a thorough job. Also - they cleaned up after themselves. We will do business with these folks in the future as needs arise.

This is the second time I have used this provider, and, once again, I was very pleased with the service I received. Ed arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He finished ahead of the estimated completion time, which was nice because it made my bill lower. He said that he had been doing this type of work for a long time, and I really got the feeling that he knew what he was doing, and that he cared about doing a good job. He even took a photo of the work done on my toilet so he could show it to his supervisor for a quality check. I would not hesitate to have Ed, from Anderson Handyman, Inc., back again to take care of projects at my home.

The job was completed with great quality. But when I received the original quote it was based on photos I provided in email, so the provider didn't actually come to my home. He quoted a contingency amount for extra labor. So when the technician actually arrived on site to perform the task he indicated yes there would be additional labor. I approved the extra work, with an understanding it was part of the contingency included in the original quote. To my surprise when it was time to pay I was shocked to discover that the extra labor was above and beyond the contingency, so the original quote was around $400 was now costing me almost $800. I expressed my shock to the nice office staff and she indicated she would have the owner call me to discuss it before charging my credit card. He never called me and they charged the full amount, which was delivered via email after processing the charge. The quality of work is great, but don't let them do any work until they can give you a quote they will stand by.

I was very pleased with how everything went.:) The provider was prompt, professional, and efficient. He disposed of my old wall heater, and cleaned up after himself. I didn't even have to ask him to remove his shoes, which was really nice, because I don't wear shoes past my front door.:) He also wore a shirt with the name of his company on it, made sure he was at the right address when I answered the door, and gave me his card then. His price was fair and reasonable. I didn't ask about a travel charge (which was a fair one, and is also reasonable to charge for), and wasn't provided one until the end, but this is something I feel that I should have known about. I remember using a different provider in another state many years ago for another project, and I was charged a travel fee then. So, this is something I should have remembered and asked about when asking for a price. All I asked for was a price to complete the work. I saved some money by purchasing my new wall heater myself at a local home improvement store. I learned a lot about wall heaters in the process, which I consider to be valuable information for the future. I also purchased a matching thermostat which we didn't have to use because the old one was still good, and worked just fine with the new wall heater even though it was a different brand. I found this provider on a flyer that local businesses distribute periodically to my door. I was delighted to find that it was also highly rated on Angie's List!:) It also has a great website. I will definitely use this provider again!:) I have several more projects to take care of, and I know that they will do a great job at a fair and reasonable price!:) I love my new electric wall heater!:)

It went okay. I wouldn't say we were a hundred percent satisfied but I think we would be willing to work with them again if we just kind of had things ironed out a little better. I think that the person that they used was not tremendously experienced at fencing. It looks nice but I think the tradesman had all the more challenged doing it than they expected to. UPDATE - I wanted to add that in retrospect, the fence looks great with an amazing impact and we get many compliments from neighbors and visitors on it. The issues we had/have with it are pretty niggling, and no one really besides us has ever noticed them.

We were familiar with Chris because of prior work done for us. We e-mailed for a quote to have two sinks replaced. We were given a reasonable quote and a date was set up for the work to be done. Since we had already purchased the sinks and wanted to make sure the would fit we asked Chris to come by and check them, which he did. On the date and time agreed Andrew was here and installed the sinks. The faucet on one of the old sinks didn't fit the new one. Andrew left for another job and came back and finished with the new faucet we purchased, It could not have gone better.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Most of the job was done by one man. He came with the tools he needed and worked without interruption. I had suggested that all pieces be pre-painted since the weather was unpredictable and that was done. Cleanup was thorough. I didn't have to do any of the finishing work or cleanup.

Everything went well except the price. I got charged $112 and hour for drywall repair by one technician. I think that price is ridiculous for a 4hour job with less than 5mile travel distance for one vehicle. I am pretty sure that is a good bit above drywall tech scale.

Been using Kris Anderson for the past 2 years there service is excellent we will not us no one else to have work done on our Home , he is getting ready to fix bath room water problem for use There craftsmanship is outstanding, $$$ are very fair in this market.

Great crew . Nice to deal with down to earth honest people. Would use again. Skilled in all aspects of home repair.
