I chose Anderson Construction because a neighbor had used them when they remodeled their whole house. They also own rental property and use Anderson for their rental property. The remodel consisted of replacing the wallboard around the bathtub and installing new ceramic tile around the tub, installing a new granite countertop on the built-in vanity, repainting the vanity, putting a new wooden sill and frame around an interior window, installing cam lights with dimmers in the ceiling and repainting the whole room . I also replaced carpeting in a long hallway with vinyl plank flooring. I had cam lights installed in the ceiling in both the kitchen and family rooms and the ceilings repainted. During all of it, the three employees who came to my house were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They came when they said they would and took the time to do the job right. They were thorough about cleaning up afterward every day. When everything was done, I was very pleased. About a month after everything was finished, the bathroom pipe under the new sink started to leak. I called Anderson and the employee who installed it came the next day and replaced a fitting at no extra charge. It has been fine since. I intend to use Anderson again when I do the other bathroom.

The work was quality and fast. The workers were friendly and punctual. I have referred many people to Anderson Remodeling.

First and foremost Anderson Construction impressed me with their punctuality and respect for my input. They came to my home on the day that the first project was to start (Install fencing) and in a blustery rainstorm, they were out there cutting back branches and digging holes without complaints. in fact they were smiling and had great attitudes. My fence was up the next day. I was impressed and had them complete the remodel on my bathroom. With so much in their way, there were no complaints, and they easily came up with ways to make things work, instead of saying "It can't be done" like some other contractors i had worked with. Since then, there had been many projects in my home and my rental home i have had them do. They have continued the consistent punctuality, communication, positive attitude, listening to and addressing my concerns and respecting my input, and overall have been a pleasure to work with. When they say they will be there at 9, there is a knock on my door at 9. They stay in communication with me during projects. They clean up each day after projects and even straighten up before running to the hardware store to get parts. They listen to my thoughts and never leave me feeling stupid. I can just keep going on, but i'll just say that, after three homes, dealing with numerous contractors, and going through so many headaches, I'm happy to have come across Anderson as they are the reliable and quality type of contractors I want to deal with.

I have had Anderson Remodeling do a number of jobs for me, from large (my opinion) to small over the past three years. They have always been timely in response and present at the times agreed upon. Pricing has been fair and the final costs in line with estimates. The expertise of the employees is more than satisfactory; they have really been consultants where and when it makes sense to be so.

We were very happy with the professional services performed by Anderson Remodel Construction. They listened to our every detail that went into the project. The end result was more than we hoped for. We constantly have people drive by slowly and staring at our home. (No joke).... And a couple of times we've had different ones knocking on our door to comment about our remodel and inquiring about whom we used to perform the work. We would highly recommend ARC.

The remodel went well considering the structural damage discovered upon completion of demo. The structural repairs were handled professionally and expeditiously allowing the remodel timeline to resume without delay. The team at Anderson has the remodel bases covered and knows how to develop and execute the plan to near perfection. They responded to adjustments to design on the fly while simultaneously providing solutions to issues, that weren't included in the scope of work, in order to maintain continuity. Anderson Remodel & Construction will be my first call when I remodel in the future.

Anderson Remodeling was fantastic! Rachel was SO helpful and knowledgeable during scheduling and answering all the questions I had. We had this work done as part of selling our home, and Anderson was extremely prompt during the very tight timeline that selling a home puts you in! If was a relief knowing this work was done to a standard my buyer would be happy with in such a short time frame.

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job. They are extremely professional, highly-skilled and very personable. One of the things I especially appreciated was the manner in which they helped me make decisions while reflecting on what I had wanted for the overall effect. My family and friends were so impressed with the final result—they raved, literally. It looks like a contemporary bathroom that came right out of Pinterest! The different tiles they used, the shower surround, the recessed shelves Gabe built, the pedestal sink, all give it a super fashionable look. Obviously, I’m a fan. I plan to ask Chris and his crew to remodel the kitchen and a smaller bathroom later this year. I won’t get any other bids because I have complete confidence that Andersen Construction will be able to recreate this area to my total satisfaction just like they did with the main bathroom! I highly recommend this business.

Everything went great. We needed emergency repairs/remodel work done quickly in order to beat the first fall rain. Kris’s pricing was clear and easy to understand, and his team got a difficult job done on time. They communicated great every step of the way. As a construction professional myself I highly recommend Anderson Construction.

Anderson Remodel did an outstanding job. Kris and Rachel were very quick to get me set up for an estimate, and they were able to accommodate me on a short timeline to complete the work I needed done in my bathroom. Gabe and George always arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished with work for the day. I'm very happy with the work they did (especially the tiling; it's beautiful!), the professionalism shown by all, and the cost to complete the work necessary to finish my bathroom. Mr. Anderson was not interested in doing the work from the point of arrival. We had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment for an estimate and then he was surprised when I said my husband would be meeting us. The appointment was extremely cursory and pointless. He made remarks about Angie's list that it was not a good source of referrals and that the information provided on the site was not to be trusted, i.e. full of scam artists and unlicensed workers. He asked us to throw out a number we were willing to pay for the job then doubled it and said, he had to get paid so there was no way he could work for what we were offering. Overall, he was condescending toward us and dismissive toward Angie's list. I wonder why his information is here.

Booked an appointment for 3:00. That turned into a 3-4 window. Waited for an hour. At 3:57 they called to let me know he was running behind. I had already waisted an hour so I told them to call me when he was in his way. He called at 4:45. Met him at the house. He spent the next 15 minutes convincing me that his work and services would be too expensive for my project. The kicker is that he already knew the house and extent of the project from a previous inspection with a client. He did not even bother to give me a call in the 2 weeks I was waiting for the appointment. He commented that he had been meaning to start making pre-appointment calls to talk to the prospective customers. Thanks for nothing. They are the worst!

It took 4 days for a response to our email inquiry; the website stated 24 hours. In the email response, we were told they were too busy to commit to our job but we hadn’t even selected them to do the work! We were looking for information like estimates and availability. Very disappointed to not even had a chance to talk to someone. We will not contact them again.

The Anderson team was great to work with for our remodel. They were professional, clean, and responsive. We were able to turn a house into our own personalized home. The professionals were friendly with each remodel stage always updating us and providing helpful feedback. We would definitely recommend them for any construction or remodel needs you may have for your home.

This was a major project and went fairly smoothly and we're very happy with the end result. This isn't to say it didn't have a few hiccups, but we were pleased with Kris' response, and I trust them to do exceptional work. The ceilings and paint look great as do the floors. The master bath came out beautiful and we're very happy. Dave and Gabriel work fast, are neat and tidy, and picky with the other workers, too (who may be a bit younger). Kris returns calls and emails and finishes the punch list. We've had these crews on several jobs and keep hiring them because they do good work. We'll continue to do so!

Absolutely fantastic. Kris makes a thorough inspection and ensures all is done perfectly. He is quick to remedy any small details to satisfy my extreme pickiness. His workers are polite, friendly, and competent. They clean up as they go, and ensure everything is clean at the end of each day.

Anderson did the complete job - additional lighting, tile installation, wall repair and retexturing/painting, installation of new floors, cabinets, granite, all fixtures and appliances. From beginning to end, they were responsive and easy to work with. You often hear of projects that have one delay after another - but that never happened with Kris Anderson and his team. We stayed on budget with no "surprises" and the finished work has really transformed the home. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Anderson Remodel & Construction again and highly recommend them.

David and George completely demoed the kitchen in 3 days. There was never a mess. They cleaned up as they worked. They encountered a plumbing issue in the process of lowering the counter and installing an extra cabinet but worked out an immediate solution. (I would have just closed the wall back up and decided not to do that part of the project.) David oversaw the job from demo to reconstruction and did most of the work himself. He has always been great about telling me what they are doing and he goes out of his way to make sure things are done as I had them in mind. He installed a spectacular tile back-splash. David does great tile work. I really love this kitchen. I was dreading the time and mess I anticipated with this job and it was a happy surprise. Any issues were resolved because Kris and his staff are experienced and they can find and execute solutions. The kitchen wasn't finished in a week but work started on Monday and I was able to use my kitchen by Friday. There was a short delay waiting for the back-splash tiles to be delivered but the job was finished in three weeks.

Workers arrived on time and were very easy to work with. Since we were living in the home during the renovations, we really appreciated the way they worked with us and told us what they were planning to do each day so we knew what to expect. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and left the house as tidy as possible. We need to give special kudos to Gabe, who was so courteous and helpful, answering our questions and working with us regarding scheduling of each part of this process. His finish work was excellent! Kris, the owner of the company was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Due to my husband's unexpected and emergency health issues, I have not yet contacted Kris about a couple of small items, but I have no doublt he will address those issues ASAP once we speak. We have full confidence in this company and we would definitely hire Anderson Remodel and Construction again for future projects, and will recommend this company to our freinds and family.

Representative came for cost estimate and seemed to be in a bad mood for some reason. Promised a cost estimate in 2 weeks and after 4 weeks I gave up.

From the start, Gabe was on time and very professional. The room looks like a new home. My wife could not be happier. We are going to move to the kitchen next and I won't hesitate to call Kris to do the job. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone.
