My mother in law used them to install a mini-split in her townhouse and they did a great job! So after the summer she referred me to them as my wife and I were now doing a full house remodel and Rusty came out to get me an estimate. He was super friendly (as estimators/sales people are) and after we signed with them, their team really took care of my family. The project was a really big one -- two outdoor condensers connected to 9 different head units/zones throughout the home. Their team really went to work. No project this large ever goes perfectly, and when we ran into different issues they fixed it and made things right. I really appreciate that about them that they really tried to make sure things are done well and to my satisfaction. I appreciate Rusty as well as the project supervisor and crew -- Hong, Wilson, and the entire team for getting everything done! For your HVAC concerns, you can check out other HVAC companies but also be sure to include Rusty and the crew as part of your research. I think you will like what you find!

This nightmare just doesnâ  t end. They installed a new heat pump in 2020. Did not get inspected which I did afterwards. Had to call them back to bring to code after 2 months of over $1000 electric bills and them coming out numerous times finally asked them to check the thermostat which was installed wrong so bot heat &air were running. They claimed faulty thermostat but would not provide me with information to that effect. And the noise outside was normal. Having had 2 units in my last home didnâ  t buy it Had Stilly River Mech come out and work on the unit since. They are here now as outside unit isnâ  t working. Finding issues with the insulation again. We lucked out that the warranty doesnâ  t expire til July as 365 did not register the warranty that would have extended it to 10 years. On top of that we still were getting $500+ electric bills in the winter. Please do yourselves a favor and do not use this company

We have been pleased by the service and professionalism of Rusty and his team at Cool Heat 365. Rusty was very responsive from the beginning answering all our questions. His team showed up on time did an amazing job on the install of a new furnace and AC system. They did such a good job we went back a few months later to have Cool Heat replace our hot water heater. Rusty even came by after his day later in the evening ( after 8pm) after the water heater install was complete to check and make sure everything was working well. Emilee and Jonathan Bench

The Cool Heat 365 installed the furnace and AC recently in my house with great service and good price, just in time for another heat wave coming to Seattle. I had very good experience working with them and highly recommend this company. Rusty, the owner, is professional and nice person to work with. He clearly explains the products/services and pricing. He is not rushing and pushing. I get the everything I need to know and make my own decision on which offer to take. Carlos and Carlos Jr. are a pair of father & son teammates who did the installation. They are knowledgeable and nice and easy. They are responsive, good at explaining the process and did quality job. They patiently tested out both AC and Furnace and make sure they function as expected. At same time, answer my “endless” questions. It’s the 3rd day after installation. So far so good … AC runs smoothly. We feel much comfortable inside the house with outside temperature reaching to 90. I feel confident that we can depend on Cool Heat 360 anytime we need their professional service in the future.

I recently had a great experience with the Cool Heat 365 crew! My furnace died on Monday, made some calls on Tuesday, and the heat was back on by Thursday! This was an incredible experience and couldnâ t be more satisfied. Rusty the Owner came out around 6:30 pm because we had no heat, educated me on the various options and I was impressed enough to book on the spot. Itâ s been over a week now and no problem me whatsoever. Rusty has called to check in and it just added to the overall positive experience.

Install was quick, professional, and works great. They also installed new Diakin furnace at the same time, new thermostat and air scrubber. The owner Rusty Reed is very unprofessional and the equipment and installation were entirely improper for our home. This was verified by two local HVAC companies that informed us our new heat pump would burn up within 1-2 years. We got the manufacturer rep from the local supplier involved, and he must have also thought it was not proper as he worked out a deal to have the equipment removed and our money refunded. This company is not affiliated with the local PUD nor do they follow RCWs in place for general contractors. He had a convict that was recording in our home (illegally). The system installed sounded like a 747 in our living room every time it would run. When it was removed, there was almost a one-foot tall **wall** of duct sealant between the furnace and the floor. He also wanted payment in full before the final inspection was done! When I posted a very lengthy review on Cool Heats social media page, Rusty kept replying with ridiculous arguments (which I screenshot), but then he took the review section of that page down. Pretty telling. Use EXTREME caution with this contractor. Other reviews show how he is more worried about his checkbook than his customers. Customer service is awful. A year ago I checked and about 90% of his reviews were from friends and from prior to opening this company. I have a much more in-depth review on another review site. There was just way too much to be able to post here.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the work these guys did for me! Rusty and his crew could not have been more professional in all aspects...from a great bid on the same day my old furnace died, knowledge of their craft , honesty and a keen desire to do the job right! Rusty actually talked me out of purchasing a bigger, more expensive model furnace that I did not need. One day after my bid, my furnace was perfectly installed and I had heat again at a fantastic price. I was totally impressed with his installation crew. After the great work they did they cleaned everything up and even vacuumed!

Horrible customer service!!! We stongly recommend you select another company for your business until Rusty gets his "ducks in a row" regarding customer service/support. We selected his company at the end of May based on "good reviews" and his hvac knowledge and presentation of the Daikin system. When asked how soon he could install, he said 10 days out at that time, but would increase as the season progress and they got busier. We accepted his contract that day. So here's a list of how it went. 1. May 22...accepted contract and gave Rusty down payment. We were told someone would call to setup install date. 2. after approx a week, no call from Rusty or company to sched appt for install, so we had to call them to initiate. We had no restrictions on time, so install setup for Jun 12. 3. Jun 12...workers arrive but are unable to install in one day (as told to us by Rusty during initial consult) because all equip to be installed did not arrive on site...work completed end of Jun 13 4. During removal of our old furnace, worker damaged the pre-filter on our electronic filter and we were told they would replace it. We called Rusty about a week to 10 days later to initiate replacement of the filter(Rusty said he forgot). Rusty said it was OK to run furnace without it even though placard on unit said not to. He said they were very busy but would get a replacement. We had to call him several times over the course of the next 4 weeks until proper filter replaced. 5. My son had a system installed in his home by another company about the same time as ours and their installer explained what they needed to do to get county inspection completed. Nothing was said to us about the inspection after the install, so I researched what I needed to do only to find out no permits had been obtained by Rusty. Again, we had to contact him to get this done. His admin guy, Daniel emailed us a system permit on Jul 29 (46 days after install) so I setup an inspection date only to find the electrical inspection had to be done first...AND, you guessed it...no electrical permit had been requested either, so another call to Rusty. Electrical permit issued on Aug 9. 6. During electrical inspection on Aug 13th, I noticed a small remote electrical device mounted to outside of our home near the A/C compressor unit. I wasn't sure what it was...no one had mentioned anything about it during the system install. It was a Honeywell device which is battery powered but no batteries were installed. I called Daniel, got a voicemail, left a message regarding the device and asked for a return call to explain it. He never returned my call. On Aug 29th, I texted Rusty pictures of the device and asked that he get back to me regarding it. Rusty never called or texted me to explain. I looked it up on the internet and it is a remote device which senses outside temp and humidity. Obviously, it's not sensing anything as batteries were never installed and we have no paperwork explaining how to get it to work or how to get it to communicate to our Daikin system. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN 67 YEARS OF LIFE...CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Rusty and his crew did a great job for our heat pump install. They were able to schedule the installation within a week of the project approval. The install was quick and painless. They even fixed a problem with the ductwork while they were at it. The heat pump works great. The technician was very professional and stayed late so that he could show me how to work the new thermostat.
