Install went well, value for money seems reasonable. However, I have called Rusty and Daniel 5 times to get my furnace warranty registered. They both promise, promise, and promise; never return my phone calls or email. Just called Rusty again with another promise; we'll see if he follows through this time. Daikin said the product needed to be registered within 60 days in order to get the extended warranty; that has long passed. The average/low scores for this review are as a result of poor customer service; I do not recommend this company. The serial number of the unit is not visible so I don't even know what unit I have at this point. Very unhappy. After my call to Rusty, the next day Daniel came to my house with the Standard Warranty that he registered; thank you! I have updated my rating to 4 based on this. He has applied for the additional Daikin warranty and I am awaiting confirmation of this. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Got home from work last evening to a cold house. The furnace ignitor went out. A repair man came out the house within an hour, and by 8:30 the next morning, had returned with a new part and had my furnace up and running again. Service was prompt, thorough, courteous. Would definitely recommend them!

When my furnace died on a holiday weekend during a cold snap...of course, Rusty was the first to respond and after asking pertinent questions to determine my needs he came up with a quote no one else could match. He offered me electric heaters to keep me comfortable until J J could get there to install my new unit. J J was very courteous and knowledgeable and always wore a smile. He took the time to clean up the work area and show me about maintenance of my new furnace. I highly recommend this team!!

He was very personable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He made sure to be very accommodating to our needs. He also followed up 3 weeks later to make sure we were satisfied
