Description of Work: I went into Ziggy's to get a quote to have a large pole barn/garage erected on my property. My budget was about $35K. I gave the designer all the 'must haves' and he assured me he'd have it drawn up and priced within a week. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard from them (had stopped by twice but he wasn't there). Finally got ahold of him three weeks later and he admitted he hadn't even drawn it up or done the detailed estimate. Said "Well, it'll probably run about $35 or 40K, but that won't include the insulated storage room or the concrete floor." Totally unprofessional and didn't care at all that they'd wasted nearly a month of my time.

 + -1 moreMy wife and I contacted Ziggy's to set up a time to have an estimate done on replacing our roof. We had 1 cancellation from Ziggy'sand then the Roofer showed up almost 4 hours after the window provided with no apology or excuse. He was very detailed with the inspection. However, he stated that he would be back in contact by the following day with the price quote but no call came. On the 3rd day we called them up to do a follow up. Nobody knew why? There wasnt a phone call and said the supervisor would be contacting us, once again nothing. 2 weeks later we made one final attempt and went to the Ziggy's ourselves. We finally got an answer that 2 of their employees quit that day and ours was one of them. They asked if we wanted to set up another appointment. No....

 + -1 moreUsually they would drop it off already made, but our gate wasn't large enough, so for about $200 extra they built the shed on site. The actual structure was built very well in about half a day.
Description of Work: Ziggy's built an 8x10 shed in our back yard.
