+ -1 moreYikes! The cleaning was in preparation for a chimney liner and new stove to be installed the next day. The installers arrived and were unable to insert the liner - they reached down into the chimney and pulled out chunks of creosote as big as a hand from the chimney. They left and I am now calling around for someone else to come and reclean it. The installers have run into the owner, Troy Parker, many times before (several bankruptcies followed by new businesses) and had many horrific stories to tell of scamming and laziness. They say he gives the industry a bad name. Judging from our experience I wouldn't disagree.
Description of Work: He stuck a brush up the chimney, pulled it back down, charged $129 and drove away.
