Wonder Woman Cleaning Service

The service was spectacular, trustworthy, responsive and very detail oriented! We were seeking complete housecleaning before our move-in and after we had significant construction done inside. While there was no furniture, there was a lot of construction dust and it was a general disaster zone. I contacted Wonder Woman Cleaning, had an immediate quote response and then service date set -- all remotely and with me at a significant distance. I could not have asked for a better introduction to Spokane hospitality! We will use again.

They did an amazing job on our downstairs apartment and we will definitely use them again.

She comes every two weeks now. She and her crew have a great eye for detail. I have been with a local cleaning service for 10 + years and noticed the detail and quality of their work was not what it was when I first hired them. The owner, Elvira, is very meticulous and comes every couple months to check on the routine cleaning and cleans the house herself. I am very impressed with the quality of her work and the concern she has if something isn't quite right. I know my house will be cleaned well and don't have to do the "white glove" check when she is done.

Went very well. They were professional and efficient. Trustworthy people, I can leave them to clean while I'm away at work and come home to a beautiful CLEAN home. Felt like the day we moved in!

The cleaning crew showed up on time and stayed until it was completely finished. They did a very thorough job and I was extremely happy with their work and the cost for the work.

Elvira, the owner of Wonder Woman Cleaning Svc answered my call for help within an hour of my posting for help, came right out and gave me a bid, had a cleaning person on the job within a couple of hours and accomplished the job in four hours. I was very satisfied with the work and would gladly hire WWCS again.

Scheduling was easy. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and stayed until the job was done regardless of the quote. We have 3 cats. They left our place sparkling! Thanks!!

They are absolutely wonderful - thorough, thoughtful, always on time. I have a lot of health issues that make me pretty neurotic about dust and my floors, and they are SO good about taking care of me when they clean. I'm also very sensitive to chemicals, so they work with me on that even though it definitely makes their job harder. I appreciate them so much!

The gals that came to clean were professional, very nice and friendly, always had smiles on their faces. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the service that was provided. They worked for 7 and 1/2 hours on a sold house that was filthy. It looked immaculate when they were done! Well worth the money!

Good house cleaner that has cleaned for me several times, however the service is very expensive. I was quoted $40 per hour. Before she started cleaning this day, I discussed with Elvira about coming twice a month and only cleaning the master bath and kitchen & half of the house and the following visit cleaning the other half (I clean in between her visits) because of the cost involved. Elvira was in agreement. She then informed me that she had someone waiting in her car that will clean for me today and she would not be staying. I was not comfortable with that so Elvira said she would stay and clean with her new employee. She charged me $40 an hour for herself and $40 an hour for her new helper ($80 an hour)!!! I was shocked! Be sure to find out the costs before hiring (not just the hourly fee) otherwise it’s an open checkbook for her service!

The owner and a team of 2 women have both cleaned my home several times. They are all fantastic! The business is run by someone that is both customer service oriented and efficient. The people that have come to my home are professional, friendly and detail oriented. It is clear that they take pride in their work.

Elvira in our case came and looked at the house that need a good deep clean. I was sold right away by her personality, smile and energy. We made the appointment for cleaning and she came and did the cleaning herself. 6 hours later she was done and the home was super clean and a fresh smell. It was perfect. I hired her to clean my business office too and again, super clean. I would recommend Wonder Woman Cleaning to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Exceptional cleaning service! Their attention to detail is superb. My house has not looked this good in years - they cleaned every surface and item (walls, cabinets, blinds, light fixtures, doors, knickknacks, etc.). I highly recommend!!

Elvira is fantastic. This is the best run house cleaning service (and we've been through 3 or 4) in Spokane. Her cleaners are incredibly hard working and have the highest integrity. We've been on a 2 week rotation for 5 months now, this is one less thing we (finally) have to worry about.

I was quoted $540 for 6hrs for two people. Communication wasn’t the best. The women had to clean together. Instead of one cleaning one bathroom and one doing the other they shut the bathroom door and went in together They did a great job. They finished and had to wait for the owner to get back so they remopped areas and did busy work just because they were waiting on owner to return. They started cleaning areas I didn’t want too. So they stayed busy till the owner got back and charged me for an extra hour. I will never pay for more than one person to clean for me again. I paid $630 for 7 hours. I liked the job they did. I just wonder why they couldn’t work apart to do it quicker. I feel like they took advantage of me. I normally would tip the workers but felt cheated honestly. I’m not really upset about the miscommunication but they should have separated to get the job done and save me money. They were nice people. I had a cable guy working too. So I did not challenge the owner. I’m just giving an honest review I recommend if you use them just have one person work. My place was dirty but $630 for cleaning a kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, and hallway is too much in my opinion. If you don’t mind the money then I’d recommend them. I’m happy with the cleanliness. I really wanted to use them again but I will never have more than one person. Let me be clear. They did a good job cleaning. I just feel overcharged. The owner seems like a nice lady too. I just didn’t challenge anything. I was dealing with other things and had to leave.

I have used Wonder Woman Cleaning Service 3 times already. Elvira, owner, and her employees do an outstanding job. They always arrive on time. They work so hard. I never see them take a break. They pay close attention to detail. For example when cleaning the kitchen, in addition to the normal cleaning you would expect, the cabinets are wiped down, the stove and microwave are meticulously cleaned and everything on the counters are wiped down, the floors are cleaned on hands and knees. If you are looking for someone who will do a really good job for you I would highly recommend Wonder Woman.
