They were very helpful in helping me calculating how much product I would need, it was delivered on date and time when promised (Tuesday, September 3, 2013) and the price was comparable, if not a little better. The one thing I was surprised with was when I went to shovel the rock there was massive dirt in the pile of rocks which doubled my work as I had to sift the dirt out before using it. I had asked friends that had recommended Wittkopf and they said this had not been their experience. When I call the company on Monday, September 9, 2013, at 8 a.m., the gentleman I spoke with and explained the situation to, explained to me that this is the case with 2 1/2 inch riverrock and ended our conversation. If I would have know this ahead of time I would not have ordered from them. I am a single women, I work full time, and this has doubled my work on this project.
Description of Work: Based on recommendations from friends I purchased 8 1/2 tons of 2 1/2 inch river rock for landscaping .
