Description of Work: Bathroom design and remodel. Met with Designer Liz Mancini. Very helpful and personable. But...after first meeting and decisions were made she was not much 'hands on', nor did she seem interested in seeing the finished job when done as she never came out to see the completed project. |Sub-contractors were put in touch with us and they were great and they did beautiful work. Cleaned up and were very respectful of our home. We would use them again. |Work began in February when contractor was first available. Contractors bid was fair. They were well worth the work they did, but we felt the design fee was on the high end. When materials were ordered for instance the bath vanity and overhead lighting markup was a bit high. We were a bit surprised at the cost of the shower door. It wasn't disclosed until after it was installed by River City Glass. They billed the design center and in turn the cost was on the other contractors invoice that did the physical work remodeling the complete bath at the end. It should have been disclosed up front before it was ordered. |This remodel was for my mother's house and I was coordinating the job for her. I felt the design center could have had better communication with my mother on the total cost of the work done prior to the job being finished and that it should have been explained in a more 'specific' manor. Homeowner's insurance replacement cost was involved which made it confusing for my mother. The work was very nice though and the bath is absolutely beautiful. Pricey, but beautiful.

Description of Work: They upgraded our bathroom with new tile throughout, a radiant floor heating, countertops, and a new tub and shower.
