Vista Window Cleaning LLC

I called to set up and get a estimate for a certain day we both agreed to, he never showed up or called. So i called him back, set up another day to come out and give and estimate, once again never showed up or called. A big waste of my time!!

This is the second year we have used this company. They communicated with me during the day as their first job of the day was taking longer than expected so they were going to be late for our appointment. The crew is personable and do a great job.

Vista did an excellent job. They even cleaned the window screens at no extra charge. I obtained quotes from other companies that charged extra for that service and Vista was less. They were on time, professional, thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend them and I am hiring them again.

They do a great job. Also are polite, professional, and leave the workspace clean when done. I've hired them many times and will continue to do so.

Prompt work done by a great family run operation. Jeff promptly scheduled us into his scheduled and then sent two of his crew out to clean our windows. The guys were very respectful and courteous. Very happy with the price and work done.

Vista Window Cleaning did an excellent job and his employees went above and beyond and were wonderful to work with.

They were vary polite and professional and fast.. I will be using them every year, maybe twice a year since I live in the country and sometimes need them cleaned more often.

I never heard from them again.

This is the 2nd time I've used their services and just a before ... my home looked like it didn't have any glass in the windows when they were done! I was going to send this review back in June just as soon as they left but didn't get to it. I will be calling them in the fall again ... they do a great job.

Jeff and his crew are always very professional. Arrived when promised. Does an excellent job, very friendly crew, respectful of the house and my dogs. Quality is outstanding. Licensed and bonded. We feel very comfortable with crew inside our home.

Bid was lower than 2 other bids. Scheduled time for cleaning. They were 2 hours late/no call informing us of the delay. (We had plans) However, when they got here they were professional and pleasant. They worked h****** the windows...they were very dirty. They appeared to care about the overall quality of the work. Overall, they did a great job and I will use them again.

The professionals turned up at exactly the specified time and proceeded to do an excellent job. Great care was taken, and booties were used when entering the house. They were very polite, professional and nicely groomed. I found Vista by the recommendation of a friend, who has used them for some time. I am thoroughly pleased and will definitely be using them in the future. I found the price to be very fair, as we have more windows than our previous home, so knew it would cost more. Plus, the previous owners had not done much in the way of upkeep, and the windows were very dirty, inside and out. Poor fellows encountered a wasps nest behind one of the shudders, but were prepared with spray, and no stings fortunately . A very credible company, and I highly recommend them.

Very professional....came by and provided a written estimate which was exactly the amount charged. Arrived on time and completed at the designated time. Care was taken outside where ladders were needed on the deck and in yard. Inside, very carefully and professionally cleaned every window and sill. We just completed a 6 month remodel, so there was definitely a film on the windows. They now just shine -- not one streak!! I used Angie's List to find Vista and will be using them again! Am completely satisfied and happy to recommend Vista to others! A big job well done!!

This is the second year Jeff cleaned windows at our lake place. Last year he came out and cleaned the windows in my moms house next door to me. We were so pleased, we hired him again this year and I hired him to clean the windows in my house as well. They had never been professionally cleaned. His work was neat and he never left anything out of place after moving furniture etc. to get to the windows. Absolutely no mess after the work was completed. The windows looked fantastic after he was done. We hope to have him out again next year and would recommend him to others.

I needed to have my windows cleaned prior to having photos taken to list my house for sale, so I called them on short notice. They accommodated my schedule and came as soon as they had an opening. They were prompt and courteous and did a very nice job. They also cleaned all my screens. I received a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member.

They were on time and were careful to wear booties on our wood floors. They did a wonderful job.

They came out quickly for an estimate and got me on their schedule in less than a week. Cleaning went very well. Courteous, hard-working crew of 2 answered all my questions and redid some of the screens that still looked a bit dirty in the sun. They did a great job on the windows. I will definitely use them again.

Vista was on time and was efficient and professional. I made an error in not specifying that I wanted the door sills to be wiped/scrubbed with water. (When the window cleaner said he would wipe the door sills, I assumed he would wipe/scrub with water because that's the way I would have done it.) The service provider wiped the door sills with dry cloth which left quite a bit of dirt behind. Be precise about expectations!

Jeff was prompt in his response to my call and scheduled to fit my needs just before Christmas. Widows that I had been unsuccessful cleaning without streaks and smudges were left clean and clear. Jeff even razored varnish off an eight pane door panel...a resoration project of mine...which was far more than what I expected him to do. And here was the big bonus. They cleaned my glass shower doors, removing calcium build-up that was pretty bad, at no extra charge. They are my window and shower cleaners from now on!

Jeff came all the way from Liberty Lake to Deer Lake to do the work. Charged a very reasonable trip for this. My mom was there when the work was done and this is her review. I wish to recommend highly Vista Window Cleaning. The man arrived at the time agreed upon and went right to work. He cleaned the windows on both the upper and lower levels, inside and out, to a sparkling clearness. He also thoroughly cleaned the screens. He was very courteous and at no time did he either leave or even make a mess. As a result I intend to have him back every year.

As explained above the new owner is a flake and does not care for customer service as he did not have the courtesy to return calls.

Great overall!The only trouble we had was we had a hard time getting a bid. I think it is because we were trying to get our windows cleaned during a very busy time of year for window washers!We would recommend Jeff to family and friends.

Two people came and washed all outside windows. They were both very professional, personable and the results are excellent! I felt very comfortable with them here and they were fast and thorough. Could not recommend them more highly! Very pleased and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and will call them again.
