Tracy is an amazingly dedicated, professional, and friendly realtor. She makes sure to get to know you and your wants and needs for a home. She will not pressure you to get to the top of your price range, and she really just wants you to love the home you you choose. Her holistic style is refreshing since a home purchase is such a HUGE deal. And when you do find something you want she will make sure you are competitive in your offer. I just can't thank her enough, my wife and are so happy with this experience and it's very much because of Tracy's hard work.

Tracy was an exceptional real estate broker for my fiancée and I. We found her after doing research on real estate agents/brokers in the area; she had glowing reviews from prior clients. From the initial emails with her, she was very quick to respond, thoroughly answered our questions, and laid out a clear plan on how the home buying process works. As first time home buyers, this was exactly what we wanted and needed. Tracy also seamlessly navigated our somewhat unique situation of purchasing a home from across the state. On several occasions she went to look at homes with my dad on our behalf. After these viewings she would always call us to debrief, giving us the good, the bad, the ugly (with pictures included). On the weekend we were able to look at houses, she lined up over a dozen homes to see in the areas we were looking! She spent her whole Saturday with us! To give you an idea of how much we trusted her, we ended up buying our home sight-unseen (we were on vacation at the time). And we absolutely love the house! In addition to her professionalism, Tracy was extremely warm, friendly and made an effort to get to know us. She is also very connected with the Spokane area and gave us recommendations on insurance brokers, roofers, contractors, etc. We unconditionally would recommend Tracy to anyone.

Tracy is absolutely phenomenal. She was professional, she hired a professional photographer to take the pictures (which turned out beautifully), and she was always there when we had a question or needed help with something. She supplies her sellers with a home warranty for the duration of your contract with her, as it turned out we needed to use it. She reminded us we had the policy and it saved us $300 in an unexpected plumbing repair. Since we were leaving so quickly we really needed to sell fast, we listed the Monday after Thanksgiving (probably the slowest sellers market timeframe) but she was still able to get us a buyer within 2 weeks. From the day we listed to the day we got our money and the house was closed it was less than 2 months. Tracy gave us sound advise and helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend Tracy Penna, Realtor. I was living in Michigan and my Realtor arranged for a Realtor in Spokane to help me find my new home here. With a wonderful luck of the draw, I got Tracy. For 2-3 months we emailed back and forth: me telling her what I was looking for and her suggesting homes. In March, 2016, I flew in for a quick look-see. Three full days. I had given Tracy a list of homes I thought might work and she had some up her sleeve, too. Tracy blocked out three full days to devote to my search - including the entire weekend. I was so impressed at how she picked up on small nuances for what I liked and didn’t like. She included my son and daughter-in-law here in Spokane in the process and made us all feel very welcome. She had arranged to see all the homes on the list and was very organized. By the 2nd day, I had found my house. On the 3rd day - a Sunday no less - an offer was made and accepted. Doing a closing long distance was different but she made the process very easy. After closing, I still was in Michigan and she arranged for the house to be painted, cleaned etc before I arrived in June. She had everything prepared for me when I got here. Though we do not have a professional relationship right now, she has stayed in touch and made my re-location a very good experience. I count her a friend. I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone! Tracy is tenacious and professional, while gracious and knowledgeable. She listed our house on multiple platforms, using beautiful pictures and aerial views. There were always 3-4 showings a week, with 4 one weekend in mid December. We got the best Christmas present ever, we sold our house! I can't say how pleased we are..

Tracy was the most fantastic realtor I've ever dealt with and I have bought and sold a number of houses in my long life. I couldn't believe how kind and friendly she was. Now, I understand the difference between that fake friendly the other realtors I've dealt with provide, the kind where once they get what they want, you are essentially dead to them. Not Tracy, She took care of us like a pro with speedy and complete answers to all our questions...nothing was to much to ask of her. She was truly kind and caring. She told us if we had any questions or problems, even after everything was complete, that we should not hesitate to call her. Some questions came up after the sale i.e. who does snow plowing, who is a good plumber etc and she got on that immediately even though she had no financial incentive. Tracy is incredibly smart and knowledgeable and she uses her powers for you the client even after she's been paid. She has real integrity and I couldn't say enough good things about her! If you are looking for a house or to sell one call her, you will be glad you did, I promise!

The process of selling a house is so daunting: selecting a realtor, preparing and staging, showing, negotiating, etc.. I did a lot of research (who sells lots of houses in my house's price range, has great reviews), narrowing it down to Tracy and one of those big-advertising-budget-price-your-house-low-sell-it-quick teams. Tracy won the interview, and she delivered. She's not just a really positive, easy person to work with, she's also a true professional. She knows her business inside and out, is a great communicator, knows the process and legalities and paperwork and details inside and out. She's also a great listener. We never once felt out of the loop or wondered about our decision, and any questions we had or direction we needed were promptly addressed. She doesn't over communicate, and there is no smoke-blowing, she's just on top of things, which is a quality I really appreciate. Most importantly, we sold our house quickly (maybe 60 days from listing to closing) within 2.5% of our asking price, and it was as painless and positive as this process can possibly be.
