TORMINO'S SASH & GLASS CO

I went in looking for a hard-to-find window part. It was clear that they wouldn't make a lot of money on my sale, but they were willing to spend a significant amount of time trying to come up with a solution for me, which they finally did. Their time invested was more than they got from the sale, but I appreciate companies like that, and would go back, especially if I were looking for hard-to-get parts. Their supply of window parts is amazing!

IT WAS AND CONTINUES TO BE A DISASTER. I hired Tormino's at my realttor's recommendation to replace two basic bedroom windows that had moisture inside them. Tormino's installed both windows, but one of the windows had a large crack in it. I had to call the repairman back from his truck to inspect and report it. The new window was supposed to be replaced in 4-5 days. I asked for a call the day before installation so that I could be home. Ten days later, Tormino's called to schedule an appointment. They wanted to come out immediately with no notice. I asked them to schedule the call for 2 days later when I could be at home. Chris, the Tormino's rep, said "we can install from outside of your house, you don't need to be there." I repeated that I wanted an appointment for 2 days later when I could be there and I absolutely did not want the windows installed that day with no one home to insure the quality after the first window was defective. Within minutes the Tormino's installer was at my house despite my saying that I did not want a crew working without me there. This time the winndow moulding is hanging off the side of the house. Potential buyers are complaining about the appearance. I would never use this company again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
