TDHI home inspectors are certified through American Home Inspectors Training Institute "AHIT" and licensed through the Washington State Department of Licensing. Top Down Home Inspections is a single owner operated Inspection company. This gives me the latitude to conduct one personalize inspection per day. I believe this is of great value to my clients, full undivided attention. I have over 20 years of experience in construction, from industrial to residential.
