 + -1 moreThey listened to what we wanted and then did it, even down to finding used parts for the taillight and the headlights (not part of the accident, but both had holes in the covers, so we figured this was as good a time as any to replace them). The only reason I rated quality as a B was that there was an open space behind the replaced taillight and now my hubby is worried about moisture getting into the light fixture. However, if we'd been willing to pay more, I'm sure it would have been taken care of.
Description of Work: Daughter's vehicle was in an accident, rear drivers side quarter panel and bumper were messed up. Since it is a 17 yr old vehicle we didn't want to put a lot of money into making it look nice, just wanted the tailight fixed and the bumper straightened enough to open the hatch.

They charged exactly what their estimate was with no hidden and added costs, which was nice because that is the exact amount insurance cut the check for. MUCH cheaper than the two others that get great reviews in the area and all work is guaranteed. Was done exactly when scheduled with no issues. Very happy.

 + -1 moreI needed to replace the front bumper on my Chevy Tahoe. I took it to a couple of places to get estimates, which all turned out to be about the same. I went with Toby Body because they took the time to call around and get me a factory part at an after factory price and ended up saving me about 100 bucks. When I dropped my car off to get the work done, they had added an additional discount to the estimate that I didn't even know I qualified for. They were very friendly and got my car fixed within the time frame they said they would and most important of all, my car looks great. I would definitely go back to them if I needed more work done on my car.

 + 0 moreWent by for an estimate. There was no waiting. The person inspecting the damage was very knowledgeable and professional. The estimated cost was reasonable. They had the pickup for five days during which they replaced the fender and door, straightened the door column, and painted all. When I picked it up on Friday I could not tell it had ever been in a wreck. The paint job (red) was a perfect match. My wife's car has some fender dings and we plan on have it repaired by them in the future.
Description of Work: Repaired auto damage from wreck where a car hit my pickup on driver's side at door/fender area.

Description of Work: Toby's repaired paint scratches and marks on the side of my Toyota Prius as well as a dent on the opposite side of the car from a different incident. They were very, very polite, professional, accurate in their price quote (especially for the price quote for the additional work that I had done that was not reimbursed by insurance.) They were a happy, organized group and you could tell they truly enjoy their business which they are excellent at and their customers. I would highly, highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreToby's wrote the quotes and I had the go ahead based on good feedback from Angie's List. I also liked the fact that it was a 3rd-generation shop and that they were straightforward with me. When the insurance company wanted to go cheap on paint matching, they recommended doing the matching and I backed them up as the insured party - in the end it all worked out. The quality of the work performed was excellent, and the shop did exactly what they said they would do when they said they'd do it. I hope I don't have need of a body shop again, but if I do I will go back to Toby's with no hesitation.
Description of Work: My 2011 Ford F350 truck was damaged in two separate accidents that occurred within a couple of days of each other. The left rear corner was basically demolished from being hit by another vehicle, and the right bed rail was crushed down from the nose of our 5th wheel trailer coming down on it.

 + -1 moreI took my car in on a Friday without an appointment. A service rep immediately helped me. He checked to see if he could get an after-market part to save me some money, but none was available. He quoted a price of $280 for a new side-mirror installed. I said to please order the part and was told it would probably be in early the next week. The part came in on the following Wednesday and I could have had the work done that day, but it was more convenient for me to go in the next day, Thursday. I made an appointment for one p.m. and arrived about 15 minutes early. The work was completed in about 30 minutes from when I arrived. The work looks great and the final price was exactly what I was quoted.
Description of Work: They replaced the passenger side-view mirror that I broke while backing out of a parking place.

 + -1 moreOutstanding, Jami game me a very through and detailed estimate when I dropped in without an appointment. She really went through every item so as to make the estimate as precise as possible. They really did a great job, others can not even tell there was ever any work done. Toby's even saved me $662.00 off the estimate by using a headlight and fog lights that we initially thought were damaged. I really respect them as a business that does outstanding honest work for anyone entering there doors. I will sure use them again if the need occurs--sure hope I don't have to though.
Description of Work: Replaced the front bumper to include headlights and fog lights, and repair a few dings on the front drivers door of a 2008 Subaru Outback.

Description of Work: This winter has been a tough one for my low-clearance Toyota Prius as I ran over a median on one of those horribly icy days. This ripped part of my front bumper off just enough so that it would drag on the ground as I approached any speed close to 40 mph. I went onto Angie's List to find a body shop and found Toby's. I called to see when I could take my car in and they told me that anytime would work. So I went ahead and drove myself down there and had them run an estimate, they were very welcoming the instant I walked through the door and in no time they were taking pictures of the damage and writing up an estimate for me. As this was happening the owner went out to look at it and surmised that he could put a screw in to hold it in place for the time being until I could get the repair done - no charge, and no dragging bumper. He could have just let me drive around with a dragging bumper and wait until I came in for the repair.

 + -1 moreThis wasn't the first time I used this company. A lady pulled my bumper off the car and they did their usual quality work. The second time my bottom front was damaged and other companies wanted $900-1200 dollars to fix. The owner did it for $50 and didn't charge me for some parts. He didn't have to, but it is the character of the owner and is reflected in the bussines as a whole. This last time the owner actually gave me a left home with all my stuff from my car. They personal the bussiness by sending out a nice Christmas card. You always leave feeling you were in the right hands and it is reflected in their workmanship.
Description of Work: I was in an accident and had my car taken to Toby's. They repaired the damaged from the accident, coordinated all the paper with my insurance company, and even gave me a ride home. Toby's went out of their way to find quality recycle parts for my car. If not, my car would of been sent to scrap heap by the insurance company putting me in a bad position. They were able to repair it within a week saving me money on a rental.
