Description of Work: He came out to give an estimate on replacing concrete stairs. He said he thought we would be better off replacing with wood and would come back the next day. They came back looked it over and left. We didn't hear from them again. It just wasn't handled profesionally. A call declining our business would have been nice.

Communicate, communicate, communicate your expectations and vision on how you want the finished project to perform and look. Ensure the contractor understands what you expect and provide reaasonable input during the project construction period
Description of Work: T & C was contracted to build an elevated deck onto my daylight rancher located on the South Hill area of Spokane. They came out, inspected the premises and presented me with a bid which included cost of permits and materials that was detailed enough for me to make a decision. We adjusted several specs and design to meet my concerns and expectations. Then, they arrived on the day we agreed and began the site preparation. The work entailed a time period of about 4 weeks, delays due to weather. The project was completed with great satifaction and within reasonable a timeframe. Tim, Casey and Tom were extremely professional, clean about themselves and worksite, helpful and courteous. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to hire them again for additional work.
