They were here for few days. The first day they were here for 12 hours, stripping off the old roofing. They cleaned up after themselves. The second day they laid out of new roof materials,finished the roof, and cleaned up again. I can't even tell that they were ever here. We have a big, two story home. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Jesse the owner and his crew are very professional.

Jesse sent photos and communicated via text and email throughout the project so when I headed over the mountains last Sunday to settle up and inspect the work I didn't have to be worried about surprises. I had been emailed a final invoice so I was also aware of the damages. I must admit the overall total was a bit higher than expected but on the paint invoice so that is another review. I will tell you even so, I was very happy with the amount of work that was done for my money. As the paint ended up needing the whole house primed and leveled., instead of just keeping the out of date blues, I got to choose any color. Since they now had a number of days paint prep I had time to go back and forth on the colors. It is hard being out of town and trying to visualize these. With help from some friend who were local sending me pics of other houses around town, I made the decision on paint and roofing. As Roofing is a pain in the ... to decide on, as you just get a little strip of shingle to look at but the Shingle has a multitude of colors through the whole section. Jesse was great and gave me feed back on a couple actually looking quite red when done not complimenting my creams and brown Tricolor paint. I finally made the final decision, after 3 changes, the day he was having them delivered. I was so pleased when I drove up! the house is beautiful and now one of the nicest looking in the neighborhood. He really went above and beyond on the project. The roof color is a perfect compliment to the dark brown accent trim. I am looking forward to using Jesse again on a number of my other Spokane rentals. Well I will start with the bad. The final invoice, which was emailed me before I came over, was a little more than twice the original bid but don't stop reading there. Look at the cost I paid for a tricolor paint job on a 2 story, 3 bed, 2 bath house with a detached garage. It was painful seeing the total but considering it really was painted twice with the primer coat and had a HUGE amount of prep. I also got to change colors and had a quite intricate tri-color paint scheme I wanted. This was all carried out with high quality professional workmanship. I had seen pictures throughout the project but when I drove over last weekend to see it I really was impressed. It is now one of the most beautiful houses in the neighborhood. Yes the price was a little higher than my budget but when I drove up Jesse had painted the front and side of the detached garage to match! Awesome! I was thinking I was going to have to make a trip over and do that myself when I could. I am so happy to just have it done! Also the chimney they were to leave in the roof was so bad they took it down to a solid point below the roof line and built up a new one. The place looks FANTASTIC Now!
