+ -1 moreIt was totally last minute. I needed to pay him way more than that. I was going to give him $100 because it was a big yard. I was trying to get him again, but he was really busy.

+ -1 moreI have invited him back to do work again. He is very personable and I felt like I could trust him to do the work. I found it expensive but I am in another city and I had to have it done so it was worth it.
Description of Work: All the yard work, pruning, shaping, power raking, mowing. He cleaned out a truck load worth of leaves on my rental house that no one had bothered to clean up. He found the hoses under all the leaves. It was a mess and now it looks good! He had suggestions for keeping up the yard work and we feel he does excellent work and you get what you pay for most of the time. He also told us about the renter and that there were 3 large ash trays on our front porch. The house was not supposed to be rented to a smoker. The tenant has since moved.
