+ -1 moreMy experience with them was great. They were very professional. I felt like my carpets were clean when they were done. They just did a really good job. I used them a long time ago and I switched away from them and then I wasn't pleased with who I switched to so I switched back. One of the reasons I switched the first time was because of the staff but when I switched back, they were fine and I was very comfortable with them.
Description of Work: I used the services of Spot-Tech Carpet Medic for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreSpot tech did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: We have an inexpesive rug in our dinette that is constantly being abused with food, spills, etc. Three years ago, we took this rug to be cleaned at the big name in Persion rug cleaning. They did a terrible job. This year ( three years later and just as dirty) we tried Spot Tech with the idea they could not do any worse. We were very happy last night when we layed the rug down and it was beautiful.
