My presence wasn't even necessary. They showed up on time, the work was performed flawlessly. The only thing I wish I had know was that at the bottom of the spout, I now need some sort of a tray to divert the water away from the foundation a bit more. But I can get one of those anywhere, I guess. Great customer service!

My job was a small one, but it was done quickly and expertly. They had a minimum charge for a small job, but it was 30% under my other bid.

We had the estimator come out and do a walk around, we got our estimate and was told it would be a couple of weeks before they would be able to come out and install/clean our gutters. I had to call them 3 weeks later because no one had called me to set up a time. Our quote and service appointment were forgotten about. I was able to get the appointment scheduled and was called the day of install and was told they would be out between 1 and 2 pm. Our doorbell rang at 1 pm. So far we are impressed.

They cleaned the gutters so quickly that the hourly rate was extremely high but the owner agreed to reduce the bill to a more appropriate amount.

The whole experience was very satisfactory. From the ordering of the awning to the installation, we could not be more pleased. So great after 12 years in our house, not being able to use our deck in the afternoon because of the West sun. Now, we lower the awning and the side awning and set outside and enjoy our beautiful scenery. Totally awesome. Thank you Rain Gutter and your professional employees. Sandy Hoops
