They were here. They did a good job and had to find a way to cover the top of gutters to keep things out. Could not use what they generally use and went back and found something that would work. Cleaned up after they were done. I am satisfied.

From our first phone contact until the work was done, the people were helpful and professional. I was informed as to what they would do and how they would accomplish it. The bid was handed to me at the time of the estimate. They called in the morning to give a time window for the afternoon, so I could plan my day. The crew of two arrived within the time window and was finished within an hour. They sealed a corner that has always dripped, as included in the bid--something a competitor said was not worth doing. I waited for a rainy day to see the cleaned gutters in action before making this evaluation. I write with satisfaction.

They came and did what they said and it was fast and professional

When Chris showed up he was very polite and is experienced in his product. When we asked what color would go best and blend in with our brink and roof, he took the time to find the right color that matches. Chris, sat down with us for approx. one hour and explained Spokane Rain products, and how they work, what the installers would do and how. I was so impressed, that I knew I was going to hire them before he left, but I wanted to still wait for a few days before calling him to let them I wanted them for the job. Since the rain gutters are installed they look wonderful, and the product totally matches our house. They look great!!!!!

Crew showed up on time. Walk-around to discuss what I expected and wanted (downspout locations, scope of work, etc. was beneficial.) Installation was fast and it looks great!
