+ -1 moreCalled these guys twice, left messages both times, never even got a call back. Exactly the kind of local small business to avoid. Do yourself a favor and call Alexander Tech Resources. That's who I went to and loved what they were able to do at a great price. Immediate response too.

+ -1 moreMy initial experience was very positive, Chris Sheasley (business owner) and his wife seem to genuinely nice people and very capable in the area of computer repair. I definitely have a new computer repair connection, one I will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors; A great experience overall!
Description of Work: Mr. Sheasley did my in-home service on a Saturday and arrived right on time; in addition to reviving my old desktop he ran a wide series of tests on the hard drives and RAM.

Description of Work: I needed some expertize transferring some photos from a file in an old computer to the same file in a new one. Chris came by and in a very prompt manner used his magic to make that happen. Quick, complete and at a reasonable price. He did exactly what I wanted done and double checked that it was done correctly. In my book that is good service.

+ -1 moreThree home trips and consulted on the phone and problem was fixed and no charge. It was like having family do this.
Description of Work: Second chapter to the previous report. After I got the computer cleared of viruses, I started to have trouble with internet. We wondered if it was left over virus damage so again the geeks took my computer. They found no problems and it worked at their home. They returned the computer but here it did have problems. They decided it was the router. I got a new router and again out they came to install same. Problem fixed. They did all this and they did not charge me!

+ -1 moreThey removed the virus and installed new anti-spyware abilities. They immediately picked up the computer and did this during the week so punctality is clear. The charge was very low so price is obvious. Time will tell if there are any other problems but it doesn't appear so.
Description of Work: I had a virus in my computer that shut down the whole thing.
