+ -1 moreIt went well. He took the time to solve some drafting problems, did a couple of extra things at no charge, and his bid was very competitive.
Description of Work: Grind, tuck point and seal entire chimney, install stainless steel liner in wood stove flue, install stainless steel liner in fireplace flue, rebuild top of chimney and install caps.
