Simon and company, installed a railing around our pool deck, which they had installed last summer. Chris did a very professional job quickly. We are very happy with how it turned out.

We were very pleased with the entire project and the timeliness of its completion. Any issues were discussed and sorted out right away. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the job that was completed on our deck.

We had a total kitchen remodel done on our house built in 1972. We have used Simon’s Construction Services in the past for smaller jobs and had been very satisfied with the results. His carpenter Chris is very talented, hardworking, has great attention to detail and was always willing to listen to our questions and concerns. The electrical and plumbing work done was also well done and professional. We are happy to have a kitchen that is more updated and efficient.

Was a long process, but we are very happy with everything that was done. Simon and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. They tried to accomodate all our wishes for having a recessed pool with a deck surrounding it, look like an inground pool. Mission accomplished. We are planning to ask them to come back in the spring, and install a 3' high fence around the deck to enclose the pool, so to keep dogs and smaller children out of the pool for safety's sake. Would highly recommend Simon and his crew.

I needed an affordable Timbertech deck to replace my rotted out 20 year deck. Simon came in with a competitive bid to help me get this done. I needed to do something parts myself to lower costs. The lead tech installer, Chis, was awesome with the deck build and helping me set the pavers for new steps.

Simon did a great job working with us throughout the project, starting with design, to bid, to work and completion. The project grew, as these projects do, because of some unexpected findings, but Simon was always clear about what needed to be done. Except for the surprises Simon stayed true to budget, and the unexpected issues added less than 5% to our budget. His workers and contractors were all great to work with. We're delighted with the final result - lots more room and a great, modern looking kitchen, living and dining area.

Simon was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the whole remodel process. Michael, the person who performed the work, did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have on site daily. He completed the entire project in about 6 weeks by himself, with the exception of the electrician and plumber coming in when needed. I love my new kitchen, flooring and baseboards! Simon and his crew excelled at each stage of the process -- from our initial conversation about our needs, getting us a clear proposal at a competitive price, to actually carrying out the work efficiently and competently. The crew did a fine job in a timely way. We are most pleased with the result and recommend this contractor unreservedly.

The project was quite complex, removing/replacing walls, doorways, massive amounts of electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, countertops, fireplace, mantle, hearth, flooring and paint. Simon's communication was by far the best of any contractor I have ever worked with.

Simon has an excellent master carpenter on his team and he has excellent contacts with other businesses in town: plumbing, electrical, concrete finishers etc. We used him to remodel a house we were going to move into. His team or sub contractors worked in our house for six months.

Simon’s construction services were wonderful to work with during the entire project. Workmanship was excellent and I continue to use their services for other general contracting needs.

21 days from signing contract to completion of job. All went very nicely.

Simon, Heather and all contractors did an excellent job in completing the whole house upgrade. Considering most of the consultations and interactions were done remotely (we were still in California and the new house was in Washington) the job went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
