They shouldn't be in business [Member Comments Redacted]. The problem was the whole house was damaged by a tree falling on it in a storm and it was in terrible shape. It smashed right through the living room and they left us in that condition and promised to do stuff. They just never did stuff -- they kept postponing saying, well, we got this other thing we have to do and we got this do until finally after living in squalor for all those months they just said we are not going to deal with you anymore and walked away.

Scott and his crew were amazing I was sick thinking I'd have to replace all the wood flooring, with their expertise & equipment They saved my floors. They arrived ASAP couldn't have been more courteous, professional or kind. I would highly recommend Serv pro over and over again.

Mike cleaned the upholstered items as agreed and did an awesome job. There was a small part of a stain left in the box springs that he was not able to get out. But I was satisfied.. He did a great job, was polite and yet professional and thorough. I will call this place again when I need my carpets cleaned! This time I didn't have my carpets cleaned because I recently had them all replaced.

They did a fantastic!!! job, thorough and professional. I couldn't believe that they could make that much of an improvement.

They were good and explained everything. The other companies would come in and assume that you knew; they took the time to explain what they were going to do. I will use them again in the future.

Our finished basement flooded because of a broken pipe. We were able to remove the water but it quickly became evident that we would not be able to dry out the carpet ourselves. Two days later we called Servpro at 9 a.m. and they were at our home before noon. They moved the remaining furniture and brought in 6 carpet fans and the largest dehumidifier I've ever seen. The actual expense came to more than the verbal estimate but Jason honored his word and we paid no more than the estimate. They even disposed of the bags of wet padding. The workmen were very pleasant and explained in detail what they were doing, when they would be back, what I needed to do in the interim to keep the process moving. They were the happy ending to a horrible experience.
