Sears

It wasn't anything expensive. He came when he was supposed to. He was great, he was truthful. He was upfront, he was honest, he didn't take any longer than he needed to. He was a friendly guy and to the point. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was.

Sears was clean, courteous and punctual.

he delivery truck came from Spokane and delivered the tank as promised but, they carried not receipt for delivery, did not install it and try to get my daughter to keep the old tank saying they were not supposed to haul off ANY appliances. I have no doubt about the quality of the hot water tank, but the services were terrible and the installation did not happen and the haul off, which I paid for, nearly did not happen. So much for Sears helping out my pregnant daughter. Sears needs to deliver on it's promises!

I have had my hot water tank for less than 2 years. It is not the most expensive nor the least expensive Kenmore that Sears has, it's middle of the road. I was amazed that the cost of the repair was a third of what the cost of the hot water tank was. I was very displeased with this and promise to not purchase another thing from Sears! I can not believe that they don't stand behind their product more that this! If I had thought the thermostat was going to fail after a year and a half, I would have not bought a Kenmore, supposedly Sears best brand! very unhappy! oh, and this is for the service only, luckily the part WAS covered under warrenty.

I contacted Sears online to schedule an appointment to clean my dryer vents. I scheduled the appointment for 8/15 and never heard from them. I called and left two messages neither call was returned. Thought they might call prior to the scheduled service but no calls received. I am sure Sears contracts out this service but their name is on it ... Very disappointing.

I actually have a maintenance agreement with them. They do an excellent job. They are very clean. They found the problem and fixed it right away. Their price is very good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are very good. I would continue to use them in the future.

They have been outstanding to work with! I have found them to be remarkable. My TV is now out of warranty and they have replaced a board with symptoms that it would go out. They are still coming out to work on my TV.
