They did a superb job! I told them what I needed to have done along with the measurements, and they gave me the estimates over the phone. They sent me a bag that the rug would fit in via mail, and when I got the bag, 2 adults had to put the rug in the bag. I also wrote down where the spots and stains that needed extra care on the rugs were; some of the fringe was incredibly dirty, too that I noted. UPS picked it up when it was ready, and when the rug got to them, they called me and gave me a more accurate estimate. Their estimate was very close, if not exactly what the cost ended up being. Within 2 or 3 weeks, they delivered it back to me. They did an excellent job and I was really impressed. I've given their name to several people!
