Bob was our real estate agent. Referred by a friend--no one could have been more personable than Bob. Unfortunately he did not sell our house and way over priced it. We ended up replacing Bob with a high charging real estate firm and they did sell our house (for quite a bit less than it was listed). I feel bad saying anything against Bob--again he is as personable as anyone I have known. But bottom line, he didn't sell our house and the high charging firm did.
Description of Work: We had to sell our house and buy another. He was involved in both transactions.

It went very well. Bob is the type of person you recommend to friends, in fact that is how I found him as I was referred by a friend. Most types of service, you need to trust the person. This is particularly true in real estate where there both so much money involved and the services are very wide ranging. I trust Bob Gilles.
