Could not determine cause of water line restriction without further more invasive investigation. Did find faulty inline regulator and replaced.

Arrived on time. Did all that was asked and had it done in two hours.

They worked me into their schedule and fixed the pipe and were reasonable on the price for distance to travel etc.

Ripley's has been my plumbing company for years. Two -Three years ago I had thousands of dollars worth of work done with no apparent problems at the time. Then, this summer two of the projects I had done two years ago failed. One caused 4 inch deep flooding in my basement and I lost thousands of dollars in possessions. I don't entirely blame Ripley's for this one. It was a valve that was not tight enough, but they didn't warn me this could happen either. The situation that infuriated me was a new facet installed at great expense two years ago needed a minor part replaced on the sprayer hose. I had the replacement part from Moen. It should have taken just a couple of minutes to replace. However, the plumber spent hours trying to fix another problem on this facet caused by the previous person from Ripley's who installed it. My new facet was stripped and he could not get it put back together.( this problem was done when it was installed originally) After racking up several hours of plumbing time...I finally told him to stop. He could not find a part on his truck to fix the problem and wanted to go find one at a store. All of this on my time. A job that wasn't done correctly two years ago was now costing me a couple of hundred dollars in time alone. I was very upset because this was not a cheap faucet to begin with. He finally admitted that it was so stripped he couldn't fix it and I would have to buy a brand new faucet and sprayer. All this started over a five cent part. I ended up being charged for a brand new faucet and all the time he spent try and fix the old one damaged by his co-worker. I felt completely screwed. Now I discover this week that I have a leak inside my bathroom wall that was another job that was done two years ago. There is no reason what so ever that this pipe should be leaking. I won't be calling Ripley's again. I do not feel they stand behind their work.

There was a lot of work done.They have done a good job and got my basement to clear the building permit process with no problems. The employees were really nice guys and nice people to have around your house while they are working. Not fully satisfied with the completion. Did not have a final walk- through with the in-charge person until weeks after work was thought to be done.

The work was very good. They are always very helpful. We have used them in the past. They were very prompt and we had no problems at all.
