+ -1 moreI first came into contact with Rick in 2004, when I was moving back to the Spokane area from California. i was given his name by a friend. He helped me find a house while I was still in CA, I had it purchased and was able to move right in when I arrived with all of my belongings. He took friends of mine to look at houses, kept in close contact. We were able to do the whole deal without having to make any trips up here before I moved. When I moved to Ritzville he went out of his way to help me find a home there, in 2007. I had some very specific needs in mind this year and he helped me find the right place at a price I could afford. As always Rick was helpful, pleasant, and just an all around joy to work with. I can't say enough good things about him.
Description of Work: Rick is a fantastic realtor. He has helped me with 3 house purchases over the 9 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and service oriented. He responds quickly to phone calls and listens to what his clients wants and needs are. I have recommended him to many others who have been just as happy with his services as I have been. This year he helped me find the perfect house for myself at a fantastic price. I will continue to recommend Rick to anyone I know who is thinking about buying or selling a home.
