Description of Work: Checked out the air conditioning unit and the thermostat. Found a loose wire in the thermostat that was causing our problem. He spent about a half hour making sure that all was working well.

Description of Work: My 10 year old Trane furnace failed and R&R came out quickly. They determined the source of the problem, and rearranged their schedule to get my furnace replaced within a few days.

Description of Work: The heating quit working for no apparent reason. Knowing that it was a gas furnace, we called R&R. They informed us that they would be here between 1-4pm only to show up at 12:30! A W E S O M E ! ! ! Only a $97.00 repair with notice that we need to contemplate on replacing our antiquated 20 year old furnace. Happy that it allows us to have some time to start saving money to buy the actual furnace. Definitely will use them when it comes to replacing the furnace. Honest, no-pressure up-selling, friendly service!
