Description of Work: I had R&R Heating out to do annual furnace checkup. The Run Capacitor was not good so it was replaced. They gave me a 10% discount on the part and they had a 97.00 special for the furnace check. Eric Roethle was very knowledgeable. Description of Work: Installed 95% efficiency furnace and central a/c. Balanced the ductwork. Explained all they were going to do and why. I had six bids for my son's house who was deployed at the time. They said it would take two full days to complete, but it only took a day and a half. Their work was outstanding. Heating bills were cut way back.

Description of Work: Recharged central air conditioner with freon. I also bought a sealant after he finished and sealed the leaks with air conditioner sealant that I bought on Amazon. Air conditioner is still working one year later. Yeah!

Description of Work: I called R&R regarding a problem with our central air conditioning. The technician arrived, found the problem and then explained then explained the repair options. There was no high pressure: He simply explained the pro's and con's of each option including costs and then let me decide. The repair he did was excellent and the unit performed perfectly for the rest of the cooling season.

Description of Work: After moving into this house and having much renovation work done, the A/C wasn't working. They came and checked everything out and fixed the problem. Description of Work: Repaired broken central conditioning unit. Quickly found the problem and replaced the broken part taking only 30 minutes start to finish! The reason for the extra cost was because it was after hours and a weekend.....Still, it was worth it!!!!!

Description of Work: Our furnace went out and, wouldn't you know, it was the weekend. R&R sent someone right out. We had a problem with a switch that was replaced and we had our heat back in no time. It was a little more expensive due to being a weekend but, when you need the service, you're happy to pay. Very polite and professional people.
