 + -1 moreGetting to the early Friday appointment proved challenging due to the record snow accumulation this year (Dec.2010). While getting unstuck from a snow berm I tore a splash shield loose from under our Honda. It made a lot of noise all the way to Quality Auto Trim. I told the guys that if they heard a noise under the car when they move it, just ignore it, and I'll get under it and fix it when I get it home. They installed the security system (an upgraded version at no additional charge), we picked up the car, my wife drove it home, and said the noise was gone. I looked under the car, and the guys had fixed the torn splash shield! My wife was so pleased that she sent some brownies out the next day to say thanks. They did a great job on everything, fully explaining how the security system works,and even on a spalsh shield that had nothing to do with the security system installation. They know what customer service is all about!
Description of Work: Alex installed a security system in my wife's Honda. he did an excellent job at at an extemely good price, and even fixed a couple of items that I didn't request. He also upgraded the security system at no additional charge. The whole crew at Quality Auto Trim does a fantastic job. i would hightly recommend them for any of the services they offer. You won't be disappointed.
