Description of Work: I bought a washer/dryer set in August of '14. Shortly after the purchase, the pump went out on washer. They had to come back and install new pump. The washer works, but during spin cycle it jumps all over the floor. I suspect it is out of balance. I guess the moral is buyer beware when buying used.

+ -1 moreHe was pretty good. He told us what was wrong with it and what got into the motor. He told that he could fix it but it would be cheaper for us to just buy a new one. He was cool and we really appreciated that. He came out right away that same day. We would recommend him.

The owner gave me an honest appraisal that repair wasn't a realistic option at his estimated expense. He also gave me recommendations as to what to look for in a good, less expensive replacement. If I do need repair of a large appliance in the future, I'll call Quality Appliance Services first.

Description of Work: Performed diagnostic on 2 y/o Maytag refrigerator that simply "quit." Very quickly found the problem and pointed me in right direction as problem was compressor which was insufficient for refrigerator. Knew history and steps needed to be taken. Unfortunately, while very expensive refrigerator, the company was/is of no help and will cost almost 1/2 of what originally paid for it to repair it. Was cautioned by repairman to make sure got total cost as opposed to just cost of part. Will probably simply buy a new refrigerator which is not Maytag.

+ -1 moreThe man was real friendly. I called early that morning and he was at my door step that afternoon. After he fixed my dryer he asked if there was anything else that I needed him to look at while he was there. My ice maker wasn't working right so he fixed that. It was a simple fix and it was something that I wouldn't have thought of having him look at. It was nice to have two things fixed with one service call. I was real impressed with the fast friendly service I recieved. Would recommend him to any one of my friends.

+ -1 moreI liked them. The icemaker was leaking water. As it turns out, it was just an adjustment on the icemaker itself. He did a good job. He inspected my old freezer-refrigerator. I thought I'd have to pay $200, but I only paid $45.

+ -1 moreWell he does not provide service calls to north spokane (which I already knew from previous reviews) but did provide some helpful hints via phone, was easy to talk to and I appreciated the time he took!
Description of Work: He provided helpful hints over the phone as to what might be the problem with our dishwasher. It may or may not be the solution, but he sounded experienced with our problem of it not cleaning as well due to the hard water from our well, had a couple of suggestions to try.
