We had a leak in our laundry room faucet. I called for a plumber from Professional Piping to come and repair it. They sent someone out to look at it and nothing was done at that point. The plumber stated that he would have the office call me regarding an estimate to repair the leaky faucet . A week later I received an invoice in the mail for a bill for over $550. It’s stated that the plumber needed a travel fee plus labor and parts. He literally looked at the sink and that was it. He did not even bring in tools to try to fix the leak. I called the office number and had to leave several voicemails regarding the invoice. I also texted and left messages with other staff. I felt that I was being avoided and put off. I finally called using a different cell phone and the person finally picked up. She acted very weird and out of sorts. After speaking with her about the invoice and getting that issue resolved, I no longer wanted to work with this company. I felt that they completely dropped the ball and had very poor communication. I was very stressed about the high bill and then even more concerned that was being disregarded in trying to reach out for assistance. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

The service was great. They were great, and they did underground plumbing.

Professional Piping guys were really knowledgeable and very helpful with my older, "kind of weird" heating system. When I had a question about my system (actually months later), they remembered me, my house, the situation and were able to answer my concerns over the phone. Highly recommend!

After performing routine maintenance on my pressure tank and whole house filter, I heard water gurgling under our house. Kurt and his apprentice had everything fixed in a very short time. They made it the same day I called. Very professional and courteous.
