Precision Maintenance

Jed and his crew did a great job.

We hired Jed Akers, of Precision Maintenance, to replace our roof at the recommendation of another contractor. Jed was a smooth talker and said that his roofing guys would clean everything up and work around the gutters and heat tape and make it perfect when they were done The price seemed doable, so we committed to having it done. As far as I know, the roofing job was done well. The roofers, however, did not clean everything up as promised, as I had to go around the yard and pick up yellow paper and empty rolls. They also left specked material from the old roof all over the deck and lower patio. As far as I can tell, they left our gutters intact but the heat tape was all askew and left hanging down from the roof. When informed of this, Jed assured us that he would have the crew return to fix things, but he has since refused to do so. We are left to lay out more money to get that fixed. As far as I know the only time Jed returned to our house was when he picked up the extra shingles. There was close to 50 packs of shingles we paid for that were left over. Jed, in a text to us, agreed to reduce our final payment 1500.00 because there were so many shingles left over He has since said he did not say that. So one could assume he over charges the job and/or doesn’t measure accurately. We expect people to do as they say, but I guess that doesn’t always work. We definitely would not hire this company to do anything again as Jed seems to run the business as a side line from his other job with the railroad. As a result, details go unfinished and homeowners end up holding the bag.

Roofing job was done fast and very professional

The removal and clean up was very quick and clean and the install was even better!!! Jed and his crew was very polite and very nice to work with.

Everything looks exactly how I wanted it to. They were proficient and clean and got it done without hassle or anything! They have great communication and I never felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me! Will recommend to friends and family!

I had a terrible old roof that was leaking like crazy so I called precision maintenance and they gave me a fair bid on a new one. They were fast to get started on it and had it done in only a few days. Everything was picked up at the end of the job and they made sure my yard was very clean. The roof looks great and no more leaks! I would highly recommend them

It was the best job I have seen in my life. They tore off all the gutters and roofing...resealed the roof and installed all nee roofing and seamless rain gutters. Everything was sealed and is beautiful. All the roofing from start to finish took 4 hours. The gutters less than 1 hour. They cleaned and hauled all the garbage away. I will recommend them number 1 to everyone. Thank you guys for all you do!!
