Description of Work: Dale replaced a very old defective garage door opener. He explained why replacement was needed and explained the options for products available. He explained how the new system worked and answered my questions, some more than once. I love the way the new opener works and sounds and I love knowing the door will open every day when I take off.

Description of Work: new spring for garage door. said we need extras that we really didn't need, tried to contact the company because of the rediculous charges and the person that i finally got ahold of after multile calls, cursed me out and said too bad and laughed at me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! WOW!!!!! I just checked my account, cannot believe Precision Doors are saying they have NO record of my service with them!!!! Well i sure do! A receipt!!! DUH!!! please people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SO SORRY!!!!!!
