called for an appointment no call back for a week. called back again told the would call back in one day still nothing. called one last time, told i would receive a call before noon. 4:30 i call again and let them know i would not need there service and would leave review on Angie's list. like magic they called within 3 minutes. too late you should not have to chase down a business.

When I called, they were able to send a tech out that day, within the hour. I was very impressed with the tech. He called before arriving, arrived to the minute he said he would, looked professional, acted professionally, was respectful. Tech assessed our garage door situation: original garage door from 1995 and opener. Quoted what I was asking for then quoted what a new opener would be. He was able to do the complete installation that day. I was unavailable, so we rescheduled for the next day. Once again, he arrived on time, had all equipment with him and had the job done within a couple hours. We purchased the upgraded PDS 270 motor system, wall controller, outside security entry pad, 2 car remotes, a new gasket for the bottom of the garage door. We have experienced no problems. The new opener is so quiet we don't even hear it inside the house. We synched our Tahoe with the garage and it opens very well. I highly recommend this service

Wonderful company. After seeing our damage, we were referred to another company for better pricing options...you just don't see that kind of honesty in business on a daily basis. We may still go with this company due to their incredible customer service! If we do, I'll provide another review!

They were excellent and he did amazing. He was quick to respond and got the work done quickly for less than we thought. I would sure recommend him again and give him a five-star rating for everything. He was great.

I wasn’t there but my husband was they were great. They were fast and perfect. They had everything and showed up on time. They got right on it, took one look and knew exactly what was going on. My husband had already told them too but they knew what was going on. They fixed it and were personable. My husband hung out with them while they were changing it. They were very reasonably priced.

Was pleasantly surprised I was able to get same day service. Tech was friendly and professional, gave list of options, then was able to complete work in about an hour.

Gentleman was on time and tightened up all the screws, oiled (not sure that is what was used) the wheels etc.... The doors were pretty bad. They sounded like they were going to fall down and now sound great and function well. Being solid wood they tend to be very heavy. The gentleman pointed out the auto openers where over twenty years old and I might consider changing them out in the future. A month later one burned out. Will use them to replace in the future but right now trying to fix all the major renter damage to the home. Sorry for the delay in the review just too much to do, but it was on my list.

My phone call to this company at 2 p.m. was answered by a cheerful person who immediately set me up with an appointment with a technician who was to come between 6 and 8 p.m. I was told he would have a fully stocked truck and could take care of my broken spring as the company had a record of previous work on my door. The technician came at 9:30. When he got to my house, he told me I had a big problem and he would have to have new springs custom made for my door because it is so old. He told me this would cost me several hundred dollars. The next day I called another company and they came out and replaced my spring for $200. I was told this was a common spring. I would not call this company again.

Should have checked Angie's List before I called these jokers, but they were the company that installed the doors on the home that we just purchased. They came out to do the estimate but didn't have the right parts and could never be bothered returning our calls to come back and perform the work. I called Door Specialists now that I see that they have better reviews and they are much more responsive and cheaper!

These folks are not based out of Spokane, but the west side of the state. I had an appointment for a specific hour, but when I called to see where the tech was, I was informed it was actually a 2 hour time-range from the quoted time. The schedulers have no clue about Spokane and had the technician driving from Post Falls to North Spokane. So, the tech was about an hour past the quoted time. The overall job was OK and took about an hour. Their service and products are very over priced, and I felt a little misled for time frames, etc.

Everything was great. We replaced our garage floor, and we just wanted a quick temporary fix. He was very accommodating. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. It was hassle-free experience, and I would use them again.
