They came when they said they would. They were reliable, the unit was clean, and they operated well.

The local PODS owner was very good in providing the PODS unit on time and on the day requested. It sat in our drive as required for the time needed and was picked up on time when finished. In order for the billing to properly take place you must use the corporate web site and create an account, accept the contract language, and tell them how you will pay. If there are any errors the local owner will fix them pronto.

They were told where we were moving. They did not say up front that they would not deliver to our new city. We were forced to unload the PODS in a Storage Facility 35 miles away. Storage fees, U-haul trucks and other expenses had to be added to our move. We found out that they will only deliver up to 50 miles from their warehouse.

PODS has a policy that the drivers call when they are on the way...and they always did. They keep to the time schedule...the drivers are professional. The containers are well maintained. Our items arrived in great condition. We had a steep driveway in California for the pick up and there was no complaints. In our home in Washington the drive way is dirt and beyond steep and again the drivers had no complaints acted like it was no big deal. I checked all the companies and compared prices and I know PODS maybe a little more but well worth it.

The whole move went very smoothly. Every person I dealt with was very professional, courteous and friendly. They actually did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I felt their rates were very competitive and fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving anywhere.

I thought the price was much more reasonable then using a moving company. I felt that it was much safer than getting a U-Haul. We were very pleased with them. The only possible difficulty is that we did have to load them ourselves with the help of our family.
